Power went out yesterday around 6 pm. Called every electrician in Florence desperate to not have a freezing night. Pro's electric were the only company to call back. Came by was very friendly and helpful fixed the problem and explained what caused it. Will be recommending them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the other fake reviews like I was! Paul Randy Owens and his wife are FRAUDS and THEIFS!!!! They took off with our deposit money, never returned do complete any work, they never had any intention to ever do any work! Randy was very responsive when it came to getting the deposit money,came by the next day even! Said he could have the job done in two days.... never showed..... after they ran with the deposit money they would only communicate by text messages and only after you reached out....... rescheduled FOUR times with Randy.... NEVER Showed, never called to explain. DO NOT BE FOOLED by these scumbags! Do more research than I did, check out BBB.... We are not the first people to experience these scam artists, there are more innocent people like myself who were conned.... the other complaints have the same pattern if events. If only they had written REVIEWS on here, we could have been spared.... We have all of the texts messages for proof. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Randy from PRO's Electric set up all of the electrical for our swimming pool. He did a fantastic job. He came back with the inspector and worked to ensure everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. He is trustworthy, hardworking, dependable, and affordable. Cannot really ask for better! The Owens are the best! They came to the rescue when we truly needed them! Paul did an amazing job fixing our circuit box so we wouldn't sweat too death in this house! I would recommend them too many! Please give them a try you will not regret it!
