Honest Fellow

I am a technician for a market leading company in the food industry located in Mount Pleasant and called to ask if your company distibutes a very specific electrical component in the Charleston area and who might have it close by in larger quantities. (if possible) The customer service representative (lady) said "umm we are the McNaughton-McKay Electric Company" - I assured her that I am aware (I did my research) and that this is why I am calling your company. "she quickly said I will put you through to one of the guys" and gone she was. I stayed on the phone and was kicked out of the line a minute later. Not the customer service I am used to. I would still appreciate it if I could get a contact to get my questions answered and possible business rolling so I can bump this review up a couple of stars. Thank you in advance.
