I had a guaranteed appointment time of 9am on 8/23/19. The dispatcher called me at 8am and said they were short handed, but assured me someone would be out shortly after 9am. The plumber didn't arrive to my house until after 1pm. I am in the process of selling my house, so I sat in an empty house for four hours waiting. I was then charged $248 for only 45 minutes of work. They knew at that point I had no other options since it was a Friday afternoon. I will never use Loves's plumbing air and electrical again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

I believe it was Kristin (sp?) who answered my call and was super helpful, checked with her team and called me back as soon as a plumber was available. Cody showed up and quickly checked my problem and took care of it temporarily and gave me a quote to get it fixed permanently, with options based on how much I wanted to have done. I'll definitely be having them out for repairs to my house as soon as I can schedule the time off from work.

I have come back to change my review. Since I cannot get any one on the phone to help me with this issue. I feel like I was taken advantage of. We hire electricians because obviously we do not know what we are doing as laypersons. We depend on them to be forthcoming and honest. I thought that is what I was getting but I was wrong. Unless you know what you are doing electrically, I would not use Love for your electrical work. We have other projects lined up but will be taking our business elsewhere.

This is total exploitation I asked Love's Plumbing to come out to drop a faucet to connect a existing gas line which involves screwing one in to the stove and one end into the gas line on a stove and a dryer that's it and change out the little drain screw it out screw back in these people wanted $1,024 to do this I don't know whether they said oh poor black person they are meant to be explored it we all know that this is embarrassing....this is a 45 minute job.... then the plumber is going to explain to me how they're liable for the work and that's why the charges are so expensive as if I don't know what bonded and licensed means...... I am so tired of black people being treated as if they don't deserve better!!!

Charged $375 to install new faucet and garbage disposal! I wanted water filtration system hooked up as well but told by the technician I should trash my water filtration system because it was old. I stumbled upon the previous homeowners receipt (next day) with servicing contact information only to discover it was a new model $1000 system and in great shape!!! He obviously had no idea what he was talking about. The technician also wanted to replace my hot water heater ($?) and repair my water pressure ($675). I feel it was a technician attempting to take advantage of what he assumed to be an uneducated female. NOT APPRECIATED. I contacted company by phone resulting in little care from them. I would not recommend.

Came home late night after work to find my AC not working. Its 100 degrees, and 86 in my home. This place advertises that they're 24/7, so I call to try and get an emergency service going. I've got pets and people in the house who will need some air... That's when the truth comes out: they have people available to help after hours, butbbnonly if you're already a member of their service program. You can't become a member outside of normal hours, and it doesnt matter if you can pay extra to fix it, they wont send a tech unless you've signed up for their club. I'll gladly take my money to someone who wants to earn it. How you gunna leave a paying customer in an overheated house in high temps when you admittedly have techs available?

We didn't receive a technician on the day we were told we would. And after MANY unreturned phone calls, we were finally notified that one would be at our home the following day. Gary came to our home and quoted us 400 dollars for a job that Meetze plumbing was able to complete for 100. We told him we would continue to shop around and he so arrogantly told us, "When you call me back, because you will, I'll waive that 45 dollar fee." This 45 dollars is what we paid him to do nothing but tell us what our problem is. Never again. Very disappointed. We recommend Meetze Plumbing. They go above and beyond for the customer.

Chris did an excellent job. He was courteous and very professional. If I were to use Love's service again, I would ask for Chris. However, I think the labor and diagnostic costs were very high. Lowe's price for the two parts (ballasts) was between $50-60. That is a huge gap between parts and labor for a total of $798.

I previously gave a 5 star review on Facebook, however following the week I have had I am HIGHLY disappointed. Technician came out Saturday to see what the issue was with my HVAC system, he figured it out and ordered my part. An appointment was scheduled for Monday to fix it. Monday my appointment was pushed back, then 4 hours later it was rescheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday my appointment was rescheduled for Wednesday. Here it is Wednesday, I called to check on my appointment and was told the tech was tied up at a job, but I was next. An hour later I am told the tech is still at that job and would be there a while, so my appointment was then rescheduled for Thursday. I wanted to sign up for the HVAC plan to have it cared for through the year, but that is not happening now. I understand techs were out sick and things got backed up, but if someone has been rescheduled multiple times you would think someone would make sure that customer was taken care of instead of pushed back again and again. But maybe it's my fault for needing an end of the day appointment so that I don't miss work. At this point I am only keeping my appointment because the part has been ordered, but once it FINALLY gets fixed... I will be using another company, because this is ridiculous! I have had family on stand by since Monday, JUST IN CASE a technician came while I was still at work when he came. This is absolutely NOT against the technician, Matthew is a great technician! And I understand I had to wait for the part because my unit is still under warranty, but there is an issue when I am rescheduled 3 days in a row. Very disappointing.

I was formerly a monthly service plan member (SPP) w/ Love during which time they replaced a sewage ejector pump in my basement. There were multiple issues with the technician, deceitful invoicing & improper pricing, however the customer service manager, Adam, was quick to apologize and correct things once I brought them to his attention. Fast forward 2 1/2 years, the pump failed in some capacity; the basin for the pump was completely full of water causing it to overflow and resulted in an inch of water in my laundry room, so I contacted Love. The former technician is no longer an employee (for good reason) and once I was able to speak with Adam again, he quickly sent a very qualified technician, Brian, to my home. The pump is within weeks of going out of the manufacturer’s warranty so Brian took the time to look for the issue and troubleshoot different things. He listened to my concerns about it overflowing again, about it not being sealed properly, and my questioning of whether it could be a faulty pump or improper installation. Although he was not able to get it to “fail“ while he was here, he worked to assure me that I could begin washing clothes and using our water supply as normal. He also noted all of this in my records (& hopefully if there is a further issue, it will occur within the next two weeks). Most importantly, Brian did all of this w/ a great attitude, not once seeming inconvenienced or as though he was focused on the money to be made . I feel confident at this point that if I unfortunately have to call them back b/c it has overflowed again, they will respond by sending Brian back to then further investigate the seal, the pump itself, and the installation. As a former small business owner, I believe it is the most important part of any successful business. Unfortunate things are going to happen, certainly, and there will be those employees who are “found out”, however the manner in which the company chooses to respond says everything...a service provider just will not continue to exist without its customers. Love has certainly reassured me that its customers and the service they provide to those customers are more important than a commission or sales goal.

Cody was professional but the price was crazy. $1414 to replace old 38 galloon water heater with new water heater. $400 for new water heater $1014 for installation. I asked if they charged $333 per hour. I and my husband will install the unit our self and pay our selves $333 hourly. That price is crazy. To replace a water heater it shouldnt take more than 3hours for one guy and 90minutes for two guys. $333 hourly is what they charge. I apologize for wasting there time but those prices need to be revised.I am interested in new water heater and installation at reasonable and affordable price.
