Having had a good experience with this company in the past, I contacted them to repair a control pad on a recliner sofa that we had just purchased. Lets just say months later, the project is not completed. I will summarize the entire ordeal by saying that communication was extremely poor. I had to follow up with them on multiple occasions after they failed to contact me as promised. The problem was compounded by employees who were working on my case leaving the company. There seemed to be no mechanism in place for continuity of service. Overall, they managed to reprimand me for their failed communication during several of our phone calls and emails. I will be finding another company for my future household projects.

The team was great to work with - Alan as sales/project manager was really responsive/helpful, including meeting me at Home Depot to oversee purchases. Frank/Jimmy were great and through-out the job the whole team was on time - for meetings and completing the job as a whole. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use for future projects. I had recently purchased a new home in the Charleston area and needed someone to hold my hand during the builder/final walk through inspection. That is where Handyman Connection came in. My walk through with the builder was at 3pm. Handyman Connection was there on time and ready to go. What impressed me most was the experience and knowledge they had in order to effectively work with the builder; they knew just about everything about the installed products on my home (siding, heating/cooling, etc), their full understanding of the local code and the relationship between both. Given my inexperience with purchasing and buying homes, Handyman Connection provided the eagle that I needed; pointing out issues and identifying things I would never have found. More importantly, items that city inspectors missed, were identified and addressed. Handyman Connection took the time to explain to me why issues were important and what would need to be done in order to mitigate. Thank goodness for Handyman Connection. Top notch service!!

We have used Handyman Connection for various needs, and Pamela and the craftsmen always communicate quickly and honestly and try to get the work done efficiently. When we had a job that they didn't have the right (roofing) equipment for, they gave us referrals for another business that could do the work rather than doing a poor job themselves. Definitely recommend them for any handyman needs including electrical work, installation of appliances, etc.

Mine was not a small job - consisting of a complete porch enclosure, including large window installation. But it exposed me to the planning, careful design, meticulous attention to detail (including aesthetic appearance), and all phases of execution by the leadership, staff, and craftsmen of Handyman Connection. And when I say craftsmen, I mean just that. They were first-class, disciplined, quality and team-oriented, and a pleasure to interact with. Schedules were adhered to and there was constant communication/consultation with Steve Lefebvre, Alec Cesnek, and the guys who executed the work. The project came in within budget. I own a small delivery company. There are times when we run into damages. I found Handyman Connection of Charleston. They were able to repair damages, on a small scale as well as large. They are professional, precise, courteous, and very reasonably priced. .Pamela Anderson is the point of contact that I dealt with, and she is amazing!! I gave her the customer’s name and number and she took control of the matter from start to finish. They did an absolutely great job on several projects that I needed assistance with. I personally think they are the best in Charleston, and would go nowhere else .

Frank of Handyman Connection did some work on our front porch to correct a original build mistake. He made it look like it should have looked when the house was originally built. It was definitely work for a skilled craftsmen and Frank did a great job. He also moved and replaced a security light at the rear of my house that was no longer functioning and was out of range of the motion sensor. I now have a security light that works perfectly and lights up my patio. I'll definitely use them again!

Outstanding organization and people. The project started as a master closet install, which seemed simple, but had many moving parts. Manning did a terrific job sorting thru everything and even came back for a follow-up adjustment. Then when the installer of our new appliances had trouble scheduling time., Handyman took care of that for us on very short notice.
