I called them at 8AM with a problem and they gave me a time of between 9-11AM the same day as advertised. He was prompt and quick to resolve the problem and explain why and what needed to be done. He was able to quote the price and stick to it. I had used them before several years ago and remember how well they were then and knew they would be good and give us fair priced.

They were fast and did excellent work. We were unable to be home at the time they could work on our dock, regardless they showed up and performed excellent work extremely quickly. Besides our lights working again I didn't even realize they were there! Very skilled and professional.

Review from: Tom Taylor Charlotte, NC Electrical work done right. Douthit Electrical was contacted for an estimate replacing the old breaker box alone with 2 other electrical contractors. Once an appointment for estimate was set the tech called to confirm arrival time and was on time. After review of the quotes we selected Douthit. The installation date was set. The techs again called before arriving on time. The installation was promised to be done in 5 to 6 hours. The work was completed ahead of schedule. The techs check all circuits and ask if we were satisfied with the work and was there anything else they could do for us. The cleaned up, thanked us for the business and left us very happy. Bottom line Douthit had a fair prices, the employees treated customers valued customers, they were on time and delivered more than promised. These are the only electrical guys I will ever use in the future. -Tom Taylor
