This company charges exorbitant prices. While doing some work on my 87 year old mother’s HVAC system, their technician suggested she replace her water heater because hers was old and did not have a drip pan underneath. She agreed to proceed. The charge was $2,985. The price for the heater was $1,944. The drip pan was $551. The labor fee was $490. After multiple phone calls, I was able to speak with a manager about these high prices. He stood firm behind the pricing and said mainly it is because of their “superior customer service”.

Corley plumbing techs Joshua and Daniel came to our home to repair a drippy plastic drain pipe in the crawl space. They looked at the problem, then explained the problem and the suggested repair and the cost. We accepted the proposal and they went to work doing the repair. it was done in 30 minutes or so, and we were back in business. The techs came for this repair about two hours after we called. They were neat, clean, and respectful of us and our home. And the price was reasonable. We are in process of selling our home and this leaky pipe has become an item for discussion during that transaction. When I asked Joshua to take some pictures "before and after" he was quite willing to do that. These pictures will be quite helpful to us as we work with the buyers of our home on repairs to be done before the sale. Taking the pix was an extra effort for Joshua which we very much appreciated. Corley has helped us many times in the past, and today they helped us again in a good way.

Within just over 60 minutes from the phone call that our A/C had stopped working a qualified Corley technician was at our home. I had Chad come by the house, he found a loose wiring not screwed in the terminal for my dishwasher outlet. Dishwasher had just gave up one day after weeks of service. Real professional, easy to talk to, and he knows his stuff. Fixed a grounding issue (because he's nice) on the fly with my internet cable terminals outside my house. The same issue as my dishwasher outlet was discovered to occurr throughout the house by randomly meter testing different outlets and taking apart outlet covers. This is due to poor house builder (D.R. Horton), will have Chad and Corley fix these issues and more (breaker swap, whole home surge install, re-intall coax cable) at a later date. I'm obviously not a handyman, don't claim to be and don't need to be as long as I've got Chad and Corley. Not doing business with anyone else, period.

The best electrician Matthew G. came, was so knowledgeable, did the job the same day in no time. He will talk and explain as much as you want to hear. Zero rushing and no up sell nagging. Bought the full house warranty to wave the serv fee and get 15% discount. I had 3 estimates and Corley was on the lower side, plus did the work the same day. They even have after hour service till 7:00 pm no extra charge. I cant recommend these guys more. Five star tech Matthew is.

Horrible experience. And I’ve called to have someone address it. I asked for them to call me back. Instead, they keep sending me emails and texts asking me to give a review. Ok, you want a review? I called about my AC. I have a ‘platinum service plan’ which I have had for years. The technician didn’t review issues and options with me. I’ve spent thousands on this ‘plan’ over the last few years and have gotten nothing for it. There are always scheduling problems with the ‘health check visits.’ Someone else took priority and they couldn’t come out... So, anyway, expecting a minimal charge for whatever is wrong on this visit. My son texts me and says the visit is going to be over $500. I ask to speak to the technician. I had a very hard time understanding him. Not because it was a technical conversation, but because he had a very thick accent I had trouble understanding. I told him I would call the office to discuss the matter simply because I couldn’t understand. This made the technician noticeably mad and then he said very clearly, “Well then you just call the office!” And he hung up on me. I was pretty upset at this point. I left a calm and detailed message at the office. It is two days later and they haven’t returned my call. So my review is this: if you want a big company with fancy commercials and vehicles, if you want to spend lots of money for seemingly nothing, if you want to be treated rudely and/or ignored, then please choose Corley. I’m going to cancel my plan and find someone else. Zero stars even though it makes you give at least one.

Had an emergency water leak/flood in our attic. They came out next morning and spent about four hours. Very nice person, but stated he couldn’t fix it or get the water back on, meaning yet another 24 hours without any water into the home. He gave us several quotes ranging from $17,000 (to replace all piping in home), tankless water heater installation ~$14,000 and $11,000 (replace two water heaters in attic). So, we called another company who repaired the leak in less than an hour and charged us $150. Water back on and leak stopped. Ultimately, this more affordable company replaced the water heaters for $3,000. For the exact same job, Corley was charging us $8,000 more. I spoke with two other plumbing services after this crazy quote and both said the same about Corley. The plumbers they send to evaluate your problem are incentivized to get you to spend more money. The more you spend, the more they make. Also, l was told they don’t fix your problems immediately to put pressure on you. I suspect this occurred in my case. On a hot summer day, they said they could not fix my problem to get water back on (though my other plumber did in minutes). I was desperate and I did briefly contemplate actually paying that amount. They had successfully applied the pressure. Seems a bit unethical. The person was nice and the trucks look cool, but you are not their priority.

We had this company come out and look at an A/C unit. Once the technician finished the inspection, he called me and started detailing everything little thing he saw. Finally, I asked him to cut to the chase and give me his recommendation. He responded that he had to educate me first. I asked 3 more times for a recommendation and received the same response before I hung up the phone. I contacted the company and complained and they assured me that they would give me a recommendation. Instead, they emailed me pictures and 3 estimates for work that could be done and a 4th estimate showing $0. It looks like they have broken the cost of doing things into 3 invoices so the cost wouldn't look as large but I'm not sure. I still don't have their recommendation as to what they think should be done. This is incredible! I have never had a company refuse to give their recommendations and a cost to implement their recommendations.

We were very pleased with the work Al Philips and his co-worker did. They were very courteous and took the time to check out a few things we haven't had checked out in quite a while. The thing that disappointed us is what it cost us. We have heard many good things about Corley Plumbing, but when he quoted us what it would cost to replace a kitchen faucet and replace a pressure valve on the hot water tank, we were floored. Especially since we had already purchased the new faucet. I'm sorry to say we will probably never use them again for this reason. Over $600 to put in a new faucet? Only being here for about 2 hours? Thank you again for the prompt and good service. We went ahead and had them do the work and were very pleased with it.
