I have not had a worse experience with any other contractor and I’ve dealt with many of them. I needed outside landscaping lights repaired and various difficulties were encountered, but the most disturbing was the insistence that I pay the invoice before the work was finished, going so far as to threaten to send it to collections (the invoice wasn’t even 45 days old). I had paid over half and was waiting until completion to pay the remaining. Rather than fix the issues and finish the job, in which many missteps were made on their part, it was about getting paid. Well today .. not quite 2 months since work was started, the job is complete. They have received the almighty $$$ but I would not recommend nor use them again. You will see their response below. There is no way to rebut it so they paint me to be a maniac. Just know I have a video of the way the premises was left when they were requesting the payment in full. There wasnt a way to insert it in these reviews. But I would gladly share it along with the entire email thread where a lien on my property was threatened. Also, I was not on the premise when most of the work was done, except for the last encounter, and while I was upset, I didn’t use foul language or call anyone names. One of those bad experiences on both sides.
