Treats employees horribly- everyone lies to get ahead at this company. Management lies to employees and talks about employees behind their backs. "Eliminates" positions so that the office manager can promote useless family members and this has happened on more than one occasion. The world must cater to the owners daughter Samantha if she doesn't get her way she makes up lies to get people fired.

Had Bruce do some substation work we gave him the plans and he said i have a better idea his better Idea put the job 3 months behind. I called to find a solution the lady who i am assuming was the office manager was very rude I think he might be in over his head on complex large jobs I.will seek counsel for a solution.
