I can't begin to say enough about Randy Butt from Circuitman Electric. Not only is he an amazing electrician but his work ethic, professionalism and customer care are outstanding. Randy has done numerous jobs for us including wiring for complete kitchen and bath renovations, outside and inside lighting, generator install, and fireplace fan install. What Randy does as an electrician is above and beyond by offering his many years of experience when asked for advice or suggestions. He is meticulous with his work and you would never know he was here except for the wonderful improvements he makes in our home. I wish all of the contractors we have used over the past twenty years living here were like him. This customer service carries over with Amy in the office. She is unbelievable with her ability to communicate the scheduling of the work and timely updates on any changes. She is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. When we had an emergency Amy was able to get Randy here to save the day! I appreciate the service we have experienced with Circuitman Electric and will continue to count on them for our electrical needs. Thank you Randy and Amy - you are the best!!

I hardly ever write reviews but I wanted to comment about the amazing service I received from Randy. He was punctual, did fantastic work and left my home immaculate just the way it was when he started the work. I had called to schedule and the woman that answered the phone was very helpful in trying to find a time that would work for my hectic schedule as well as his busy schedule and was able to fit us in a couple weeks. If you need work this company is top notch

I called for service in Attleboro Mass, the women who took my information was very nice and informed me that someone would be calling shortly to let me know how long it will take before someone got on site. I received a call not five minutes later from a women who very rudely told me that she would not service me with no explanation. When i asked why she informed me that she had to much on her plate & laughed and told me that she didn't have to provide me with a reason. I am profoundly insulted and would not recommend this company for service. If they employ someone who speaks like this to their customers I can only imagine how terrible their service must be.

Recently had the pleasure of using Randy's expertise to complete a remodeling job in our kitchen. He showed up on time, on schedule and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Randy does not get flustered when confronted with the surprises that can arise from working on wiring in an older home. He figures out the best solution, and then gets it done. Terrific experience.
