We had a weird drain blockage that sent water from our neighbor's condo's bathroom sink into ours. The Schuler plumber, incredibly polite and caring, came out late in the evening and worked hard to clear the blockage, even vacuuming up the water from the bathroom floor and bedroom carpet. Our condo association has the contract with Schuler, but I'd recommend them to anybody. Unfortunately, I don't remember the plumber's name, but he was one of the best.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I called first thing in the morning for a sewer drain back up at my house and they were able to squeeze me in the schedule, even with being busy after a lot of flooding in the area the day before. Technician was able to come earlier than originally expected which was great! He was super nice, personable and professional! Had us unclogged and back up & running in about an hour or so. This was the first time we used Schuler and based off of this experience I will definitely be using them in the future!

Sunday emergency call, no water since late Friday night. Complicated problem involving broken main shutoff valve in a very difficult access location, requiring coordination with the local water authority to resolve. I am very glad I called Schuler. This could have gone horribly wrong a dozen ways. Competent, professional, no-BS... Brian assessed the problem, put together an estimate on the spot, and knocked it out. It was outstanding work. Further, I was impressed with Schuler as a company. Calls were returned promptly, they texted me regarding the status of the call prior to Brian’s arrival, and the whole interaction gave the impression of a very well-run and customer-focused organization.

Elijah and his trainee arrived right on time and began to address the rainwater drain in front of my garage which stopped functioning. They worked incredibly hard and used several different tools for what turned out to be a very hard problem to solve. At one point Shawn, the service manager arrived and helped trouble shoot this. There were years of small tree roots and built up debris clogging this pipe. Elijah worked so hard, he’s excellent and a great model for his trainee( sorry his name escapes me) I will call this company whenever I need any plumbing help. Brian was quick and efficient. He was surprised I had done the majority of the work. A new escutcheon plate had to be attached and the pipes were recessed a bit from the opening of the shower. I didn't want risk breaking the pipes. He was very conversational and had a good attitude. Price was a little more than I was expecting, however, this is my second time using Schuler and they do good work. Plus my father and sister have used them before. Quick Note: I had originally called Agentis Plumbing to due the service. The guy was a no-show, so I would be leery of them.

Said they were unable to install a standard $60 faucet purchased from Lowes, and recommended their version for $899 for a new faucet. Thats right, $900 for a faucet and wanted $264 for the labor!!! When i questioned the plumber about this he became angry and defensive citing that why did we even call them then if we werent willing to pay their price. They also overcharged us for fixing a running toilet. A 5 minute fix and they charged $300. STAY AWAY from these scammers!

My low rating is simply due to cost of services. Job I needed done was replacement of a kitchen sink and faucet. I already had the replacement parts and only required labor to install. Cost of this service was $650 and I feel this was excessive by at least a couple hundred if not more. Job took three hours to complete. At the time my choices weren't good and I was certainly desperate. Refusal of the work would have resulted in an $89 charge and still would not have a working sink, missed a day of work for nothing, etc. With that said, technician Jason was awesome, professional and efficient. He did a great job and clearly takes pride in what he does so his rating is definitely a 5 out of 5. I'll admit I don't have a great deal of knowledge in costs for this type of work. This just felt excessive and I could not justify based on any understanding or reasonable equation of hourly rate or skill to complete. So, I feel like I got beat on this one and will look elsewhere for any future services. Thanks

I called Schuler Service on a Saturday because of a plumbing emergency. The call center contacted the plumber on duty who would be able to arrive around 5PM. Extremely expensive! Replacement of outside faucet not hidden behind a wall has been priced $417.00 ! Plumber came in at 2 pm and took lunch in the middle of work to spend one hour total in my house! Actual work didn't take more than 30 min. I had a conversation with Joe and he explained me that they have an average price for outdoor faucet replacement and it is $417.00! No matter what a real job is. In this case they MUST let customer know this average price! But they didn't tell anything about it. Just told me that just visit of their technician will cost me $89.00. Think about it people before using this service...

Ken at Shuler did a great job. He replaced my Hot Water Heater and a water pump in my basement. He was very professional, he put tarps down to help keep my house clean, removed and replaced my heater and pump, and answered all my questions. The parts were delivered within an hour of the job start. Very efficient and timely. The office staff was also very helpful in setting up the job. With Schuler you know the work you're having done will be done at the highest quality. However, they are consistently the most expensive quote I get, so you certainly pay for the quality. I've also found their communication has been poor. We had someone come out for a kitchen estimate, then never heard back because the person who did the estimate left the company. We also had ankther estimate done twice because the first one seemed to be poorly communicated.
