Just warning you a big scammers of this guys. I had hired them for small electric job. Mr Mike gave me quote over a phone without details aproximately 350 to 450 dollars depending on the time. When electrician came, they were two of them which was not discolosed while providing quote. The entire job took about hour. When i receive the invoice i was surprised to see all the charges. They charged me about 500 dollars for an our job. While discussing about these outrages charges, Mr Mike denied about his original quote over the phone. If you are trying to hire this guys, you should get email or printed quote with details. However, the job that have done is good without any doubt about it.

Absolute horrible company folks. Be advised. I consulted via telephone with this company about wiring a hot tub I was having installed at my rental house. They were too lazy to send a estimator out and requested I send pics instead. Fair enough. I did that. They gave me a reasonable quote but couldn't perform the work for 6 weeks. In the meantime, I found a cheaper electrician that could do the work sooner so I used him. I called Mike's Electric after hours and left a voicemail detailing I had opt to use a different company. Weeks later they show up at the house to do the described work, and the tenant said work was done a couple weeks ago. Miles Electric sends me a bill for $174. I called and told them to shove it. Then I get a collection notice from a debt collector. Never did I sign or authorize anywhere for them to do this work. I have moved forward with a civil lawsuit against st Mike's in Wash County Courts. They will pay much more in this suit for wrongfully turning me into a debt collector with no SSN or approvals for work. My attorney is seeking 80,000 in judgement and attorney and court fees. Two electricians came to our home to install a new ceiling fan in our Master Bedroom. They arrived on time, dressed with matching ball caps and tee shirts with the company logo on them. Most importantly they both had on their tool belts, gave us a nice smile and handshake and were eager to get busy. Within 45 minutes they had completed the job and cleaned up the area. My husband and I looked at one another in astonishment. What a pleasure to have a company that had such capable, attentive, and efficient electricians. Highly recommend Mike’s Electric!

The Good: I used Mike's Electric in rapid succession finishing a condo project. They were reliable and I was happy with the quality and price. In fact I was thrilled to find an reliable electrician in my little black book. The Bad: I called for a bid on a very large chandelier install. The chandelier was at the location and needed to be hung. The bid: $1,800. Outrageous! I've had the very same chandelier taken down, moved to another city and rehung for $1,200. For this job, there was no driving involved, or fussing with trying to get it in the house and all the other hassles with such a giant piece. I won't use them again. Seriously, if a job is too big just say so, don't waste my time with an outrageous bid.

I have used Mike's Electric for several years, primarily for small jobs at my rentals. This time I used Mike's to replace some canned light fixtures in the ceiling of my home, which was done very well and quickly. I also had them replace 4 circuit breaker panels in my rentals with new ones that meet current code. This was done in one day by a crew of folks, which meant much less hassle for the tenants (and me). The city inspector gave approval to their work, and commented that it looked very nice- neat, organized, and high quality. The price for this work was not cheap, but was no different than when a neighbor had the same work done by a different company. I am very happy with the work and the workers, and will use Mike's again if I have the need.
