He said he’d have to change out the entire fixture and mentioned coming back at a later date to fix it. He never showed up. I called Passion and was quickly set up with an appointment. Spoke with Bo on the phone. He was really friendly, informative, and upfront about what their rates are and how they charge. Daine came to my place. He was also very friendly. Although I had a relatively simple job of replacing a light switch, he did so very quickly and professionally. He didn't mind that I watched him. He didn't leave a mess. They have a free warranty on their work as well, which is really nice. Their prices are great. They send you a text before they arrive and even let you track where the technician is. It was surprisingly accurate. I would definitely use them again!
