I called in hopes of getting help ASAP. I had company coming for a wedding and needed to hook up a generator as my area had lost power. They had someone at my home in minutes. He worked to get the job done and showed me how to disconnect and hook up my new generator. They also have a 24 hour hot line in case I had questions. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them.

I called Bliss, staff was amazing. One of the nicest gentleman, helped me over the phone and resolved my problem. Trust me, I know who to call when needed. He is obviously honest, I was worried, and could have been sold anything. John McKeown. Thank You Bliss!

Bliss does not use or install cheap or subpar equipment. If you want it fixed right at a reaonable price, call them first.

Will never use again. The technician no show/no call on my appointment. I sat waiting for hours and had to call in the office. Okie spotter was not scheduled to mark my yard before digging as promised when I scheduled the job. The AT&T line and electrical wire to the irrigation system were cut and then I was charged for the time the technician spent repairing his mistake. I had to call in the office again to report subpar workmanship. A project manager arrived to help the technician then charged me for that time as well. My bill was quadruple the original estimate and at no point during the work was I told it would increase by such a large amount. I'm extremely disappointed in this locally owned business.

I do not know much about their actual electric service because I do not live in the area. However, they were in Dick's Sporting Goods repairing a light and the friendliest gentleman was there. He was super polite and let us borrow his flashlight for the dark restroom. If I lived in this area they would be my first choice!

Due to a complication with an appliance delivery, we were stuck with calling an electrician to come out ASAP to install outlets for us. Not only was Tadd Bliss very friendly and patient with all of my questions, but he was also able to send out a technician within a few hours, and we even avoided paying an emergency fee. Tadd called later that day to ensure everything went OK. I can’t say enough great things about the experience. Despite the unexpected expense we faced, Bliss Electric was fair and reasonable. They have my business for the future!

Some of the electricians working for Bliss not only seem highly incompetent, but are extremely rude as well. Unless you want to sit in the dark all day, do not contact Bliss for any of your electric needs. Go somewhere else!
