Airco installed my system, services it, and has also performed plumbing and electrical work. I'm originally from Tulsa, so I was relieved to know Airco is now in OKC. This is a top-notch outfit that has continued to impress me at every turn. They have gone far beyond what is expected to make me happy as a customer and I can't imagine being more pleased with a service provider. Do your research, read reviews, and then contact Airco. You can buy this equipment from a number of providers, but don't underestimate the value of the relationship when it comes to servicing your equipment. My previous provider gave me a 10-year warranty, but they were out of business in 3. Airco has been an Oklahoma company for a lot of years. No, I don't work for Airco and I'm not being paid to endorse them: I'm just a very happy customer who feels the need to say positive things about people who do the right thing.

Customer service from time I placed call to the install tech installing and explaining everything was extremely professional. Employee went out of his way to find component I needed to replace my shower Delta 1700 series valve and trim kit. Little concerned with the 600$ price tag, but without an itemized statement I can't for sure say whether the hourly rate is the cause or not.

He explained everything about my unit and why I was having an issue with my system cutting off prematurely. He was quite professional. I will continue to use Airco Service for my heating and air conditioning needs.

Airco recently replaced my entire HVAC system (including ductwork), and I could not be happier with the result. The salesman (Drake) presented multiple equipment combinations and allowed me to choose based on my own cost/benefit analysis. He also took the time to look at the layout of my house and suggest solutions to problems I’d had with hot/cold spots in the past. The installation crew (Benji, et al) went over and above my expectations to ensure that I got the results I wanted, and the quality of their work was evident from how quickly the city inspector signed off on the job. They also took the time to fix little things that they technically didn’t have to, such as a broken attic ladder and a missing latch on the door to the equipment closet. They also cleaned up at the end of each day so I could put my car back in the garage. Given the time of year, I have used both the heat and air, and everything is working like a charm. I highly recommend Airco.

We purchased two systems from this company in 2013. We have had over 15 emergency service calls for one of the systems not working and the issues have never been remedied. Despite multiple attempts to discuss solutions, there is no effort from the ownership or management to remedy the situation. We spent a great deal of money on this faulty unit and continue to purchase an expensive maintenance program each year to prevent voiding the warranty. I would never want anyone to experience the issues we have had. We have lost time out of work while they work on the system. We have also missed the benefit of energy savings due to its frequent breaking/leaking and running continuously, as well as the headache of frequent maintenance calls despite being a new unit.

Airco handles our heat, air and plumbing. They have always been fair, honest and professional. We bought a new air conditioning system a couple of years ago. They do all of our maintenance for heating and air every year. They recently helped us replumb an area in our garage because of a leak in old copper piping. They did a great job and had it done in a day while the estimate said it would take two. We highly recommend them!

They installed our system flawlessly. When the city inspector showed up for the final inspection he was stunned at their attention to detail . I’ve used both the plumbing service and the air conditioning service. Both were very satisfactory experiences. All of the employees I’ve dealt with were very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend AIRCO Service. I especially liked the idea of no high pressure sales pitch to buy anything from them. If it’s broke they can either repair or replace it, but “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” seems to work for them unlike some other companies that immediately want to sell you new equipment instead of fixing yours. Great bunch of people.

Patrick and Charles came out to replace our water heater last month. They were awesome. Did great work. Loved the fact they fielded questions without irritation. They both even helped by sharing information on their own about the product. And my wife and I had fun sitting and chatting with them as they worked. Great people, great service. Surprisingly the service was really fast with Lowe's acting as the liason. Not too fond of Lowe's. Would definitely recommend AirCo again based on our experience with them.

Professional Sales and Professional Install! Our sales rep Drake showed us multiple options and walked us through the pros and cons of each one. Since he is salaried and doesn't work on commission, I never felt we were getting the hard sell. I've been an Airframe and Powerplant (Aviation) Mechanic for over 30 years so I can spot shifty wrench turning when I see it. Our installation team of Raymond and Brandon spent two solid days wrecking out the old system and meticulously installing the new Lennox Signature system. Along the way they made sure we were involved in any decisions and understood how the new system worked. We noticed an immediate improvement in performance and comfort throughout our house. I highly recommend both AIRCO and Lennox. Great job!

Outrageously overpriced. Rick Prock came out to do a estimate on a Mini-Split for a 300 SQFt. Apt. The unit recommend retails for $1.3K and they are trying to charge me $5.3k. The installation on this is beyond simple and can be completed in about an hour.

Our ac outside unit started to squeal and I knew something was wrong. I called Airco and they happened to have a tech available right way. Within about 40 minutes I received a call from Al, the tech, who said he could be at my house in about 45 minutes. Al arrived right on time and quickly advised us that our 15 year old unit only needed a new fan motor and new capacitor. He feels that our unit has lots if life left. I appreciated his honesty as he could have easily sold us a new system. Great people and great service. Thank you Airco!

Predatory Lending! I know they don’t own the credit company but they don’t disclose if there is a change to your loan. I paid $7500 for a new unit in the house I applied by myself got turned down had to reapply with my wife was told this would be a 9.5% interest rate. Not once did their office staff contact me and tell me that the interest rate was 20%! Their GM called me back and told me they don’t control this and it was pretty much my problem! 60 days later I call them for a warranty call with some vents on the system they installed because now I have mildew build up on he inside the vents. They spend 10 minutes there and send me a $79 invoice and say it’s not their problem. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT FOLLOW ON CUSTOMERS! The office manager was supposed to call me back about the service invoice but has been to much of a coward to contact me!

Had a technician come out on Saturday. Nice enough, seemed knowledgable. Determined the fan on my condenser unit was kaput. Stated he didn't have that size motor with him and first thing monday he would call with a quote. He failed to do so. I texted the number he called me from and it went to the office. After several attempts to get my quote and determine when he would be out to replace the fan I had no luck. Was told that the service manager "Jay" would call me. No call from Jay. After 4hrs I call them and am told my tech isn't available to provide a quote or finish the repair because he's on a different job! So I request they email a receipt for the diagnosis they charged me for. I was promised I would get my receipt. 2 hrs later and I'm waiting for my receipt, a call from "Jay", the quote I was promised, and for my AC unit to be repaired. (Note to Airco. I'm James Lee in your records and I'd love to hear from anyone that knows what is going on there.)

I got 3 bids and this company came out on a Sunday beat everyone in OKC and installed a brand new AC unit in one day everyone was super professional from the sales staff to the service. All the people that came to check on the job while it was going on. I am very impressed with the service of this company. AirCo provides disappointing and expensive service. Four of the times they came out (all for the same issue) they gave an 8a to 12p estimated arrival time, and all four times they arrived at or after 12p. They charged 145$ an hour for labor, but a lot of that time was spent on the phone with their coworkers or writing up whatever they write up. In the process of fixing my heat, they broke my AC, and instead of scheduling a time to fix it, they waited for me to contact them again. In the end they did fix my heat (and my AC for free) but it took 5 total visits, inconvenient timing, and one spicy technician.

This place is all about doing what's right for the customer! There is no pressure for sales on the commercial side or the residential side, the main guy in charge is extremely well-rounded, extremely smart and cares about customers in a way that I have never seen in the 14 years of doing this. I highly recommend using them for your residential or commercial needs! They are really big in Tulsa as well and they are big because they do the right thing. They work on LITERALLY anything and everything you can imagine from ice machines to high-end furnaces to whatever the customer needs - because that is the most important thing that this company is founded on and continues to uphold this philosophy to a very serious degree.

Casey from Airco installed a Lennox Furnace in my home today. The team was quick, professional and informative about the product they were installing. The installers took time to walk to me though how the furnace worked, warranty information, etc. The team worked clean and made sure to sweep up even after I told the not to worry about it. Patrick was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about heating and AC. He was extremely careful that I understood everything he and his partner Rick were going to do and the associated cost prior to them doing the work. We have never had our heating & AC systems checked out in the detail which these guys provided. Everything was documented in writing and left a copy with me. We had received a lightning strike a few days prior to their visit so I requested they check our equipment in great detail for any damage. They spent extra time to make certain there was no damage. I highly recommend Patrick and Airco Services. Vicki, whom answered my phone call, was also very professional and timely in responding to our needs.

Shawn Jones was my service technician today and he was fantastic. Shawn was very processional, and much more detailed to checking over my furnace. He took parts off and cleaned them and checked to see if those parts were working to their best. He brushed off the interior of the furnace and made sure the furnace was firing on all cylinders. This was by far far the most detailed service I have ever seen. Thank you Airco for sending Shawn my way. In the future I want Shawn doing all my preventive maintenance.

I called them because I figured my unit needed a shot of freon, which I can't do. I was told it would be a $79 fee to look at it, but if I chose to have it fixed that would count towards the repair. I was not offered the opportunity to approve the repair. He just came in and said it was a bad capacitor and he cleaned out the compressor. I could have replaced the capacitor myself. So, $212 for replacing a $12 part (I googled the cost of the part) and cleaning out the unit is quite a lot of money I think, but since he had already done the repair, what could I do at that point? Can't have him unfix it. Update - Amy called me to explain the charges and told me I wouldn't be able to find a dual run capacitor for $12 and she was correct. It's almost $20. I found my exact one by putting in the part number from my bad capacitor that he took out.
