From the work I have seen performed, it appears to be a hard, dedicated group of individuals. Plumbing and Mechanical, from residential to industrial, it all happens to get done without an issue. When the next problem arises, either at school or at home, we will call to see if the construction or service group can be provided the solutions as they have in the past.

I own a high end Airbnb. Late at night I learned that my guests had no hot water. Called Bolton and within 30 minutes a friendly, knowledgeable plumber was right at my door. Sadly, the gas hot water heater had heated its last shower, but not for lack of trying to bring her back from the dead. Knowing how important it was for my guests to resume having hot water for their stay, my plumber, Davie Robinson, did some on the spot problem solving, and suggested hooking up the guest bathrooms to the electric hot water heater across the basement that heats my unit. He saved the day, did it right then and there. My guests have a hot shower waiting this morning bc of his excellent service and know how. Thanks, Davie! And thanks, Bolton. Would def use again.

I needed service on my air conditioners today and I was very pleased with the response time and service information provided by Mike at Bolton. Let's face it, any time there is an HVAC problem... you just know there will be a big bill. So, I try to maintain a relationship with the same company (Bolton) so they have a history of my equipment and a relationship with me.

DON'T call them for your plumbing needs!! Two outside spigots, $300.00. Paid an extra hour of labor for the technician to walk back and forth to his truck. A teenager could have done the job in 30 minutes. Never again!!

Very garbage company, These guys charge 25% parts fee, and aswell as over bill on service hours. I was charged $300 for the guy being lazy and leaving my water heater room cause he thought is was too hot. Later they charge me another $225 dollars for another technician to tell me what was already known and billed for 2.25 hours. These guys messed up on order my parts 3 different times and I had to cancel my order with them cause they do not work properly. they just want your money. all of there employees work super slow and try to bill you for as many hours as possible. You call these technicians? these guys definitely super slow after you make a order. Tip: use a different Hvac/Plumbing company.

I work at a business that has 40 plus units from boilers to fresh air returns and heat/ac units. Bolton is always quick to show up and get us back in action. Always let you know the exact problem you have. Always leave there work area clean. And I use them because I always fill comfortable leaving them alone to do the job if I'm there or not. Also have a great contract service that I think gets alot of problems before they happen.

It took over a week for Bolton to get someone out to fix my air conditioner during an extremely hot time of the year (the reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating). Their technician, Randy, was top notch! Even though a simple coolant recharge was all that was really required, he took the extra time to thoroughly check my system over, to explain things clearly, and to address some other issues related to extending the overall health of my system (he's the biggest reason my star rating wasn't lower).

Late on a recent Friday, our AC went out. I called around for help but was told it would be 10 days or so before someone could come out. My last call was to BOLTON. They sent Josh out right away. He diagnosed the problem...my compressor died. Next, I met Angie who was a huge help. She scheduled my service and got Andrew involved immediately. In playing with the numbers, Andrew found it made more sense to get a new unit instead of replacing just the compressor on the much older machine. I could go on with the details BUT the bottom line was that BOLTON had us up and running is 3 days....a week earlier than their competitors could even come out. So, Bolton is now FIRST on my call list. I already have another project for this group of truly great professionals. My thanks again to JOSH, ANGIE and ANDREW and all the others that were involved. I was in pinch trying to cool down a whole room full of people who were there to relax and have a nice meal, but my A/C wasn't working properly. After putting in a call with Bolton Construction they sent out Randy Mashburn to service my system. He was able to diagnose the issue in minutes and have me up and running at full capacity in no time. He defiantly wasn't afraid to jump right in there and get done what needed to be done. He came back from my attic looking like a coal miner but the A/C was pumping and my customers were so happy. I will never have anyone but Bolton service my system from here on out, and I plan to ask for Randy personally!

They've helped us renovate a 1992 home; adding overheat lighting, ceiling fans and new LED lighting for a complete kitchen remodel. And they've come to our rescue when plumbing leaked.
