Carlo was incredible, we will definitely use him for all future electrical work. He went above and beyond to install two bathroom fans in our condo. When he examined the old ones, he found that they had not been connected to any ducts. He made sure that the new fans were connected properly, unwilling to do anything less than all the work necessary to keep them up to code. After failing to find anyone who could help us fix these fans, Carlo was like Superman, coming in and doing the job perfectly.

Scheduled to do electrical work. Arrival time came and went. Called him, he answered, didn't say hello or anything just muttered some explicatives about where I could go with myself and then hung up. Called back. Went straight to voice mail. Left a message asking if he would confirm whether he intended to come do the work that day or reschedule at least. Never heard a peep from him again. Oh, and I had to run out that morning to pick up cash for him since he said he only worked for cash. So... um no stars?
