Okay I come form Brooklyn New York I woke up this Monday Jan 30/2017 morning to attended this Job fair slash interview; spoke with two ppl a tall white guy & fluffy receptionist. First the guy told me the job fair that I had missed it and it was yesterday after the flyer said January 30th and was hosted by a guy named Dave who no longer work there. On the flyer they were looking for all job fields needed all applicant Apply. So then the Lady went to get me a Application which took Lil Long comes to find out the same tall guy came out put me in the room to sit and I am waiting for a Application to fill out then the Lady came out (wit nothing in her hand) Long story short Just got back frm TDE Company talking about I don't have the skills etc on what they looking for after I came wit 2 resume drove frm Bklyn to to their office to get turn away no Application Nada p.s I am Caribbean African American

This company is at the top of electric as you can get, very well ran company with excellent employees. If you build a new building you can't use anyone else. I've seen the work , very clean and professional.

I have a friend who was unfortunately hired by this company with the promise that he would be recieving full benefits, a retirement plan, training, and room to grow... none of this has happened. He feels unsafe at work due to the conditions they work in and inadequate training. He told me that out of 20 guys on a job maybe 4 of them are actually electricians, the rest are just laborers. Ive seen photos of some of the work that gets burried behind the walls... I would hate to buy one of these high priced units they wired knowing the nightmare that lingers behind the sheetrock.

As the other guy stated below I’ve also heard the exact same thing from a close person, that they are liars and make you believe you’re going to be getting a 401k with great pay etc. but they never hold up their end.. sad and pathetic unfortunately that’s pretty common...

Work is shody at best. A company that I worked for was hired to pull conductors thru conduits they installed and pipe wasnt supported and no pulling points or boxes were installed, which is a NEC code violation. Dont hire this company. If I could give them zero stars I would.
