Most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. I had an appoint last night at 6-7pm and no one came so I called several times to ask if the technician was actually coming. The after hours call center informed me several times the technician would be calling after I hung up. NO BODY CALLED ME BACK. Then I get a call in the morning saying that they had some big job or whatever. Why do does a company set up an appointment, when they are not going to come?? Thanks for wasting my time

I have had a very bad experience with Team Electric. They came to fix my electricity due to a power shortage and it still does not work. The greatest problem that I have with them is that I called the office several times over a period of months with no reply concerning my problem. They never followed up on my complaints and I do not recommend their services to anyone. Find another company to use, I will definitely do exactly that. NEVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I needed a new kitchen sink faucet with sprayer and soap dispenser. They showed me a picture on their iPad with a list price for the unit of $440 (no discount off the list price). They suggested several other options which included changing the shut-off valves under the sink from a twist turn to a ¼ turn and replacing the sink drain pipe which was working fine and adding an anti-freeze faucet on an outside faucet. Their initial estimate was $2679 which would include the other work listed above. I was shocked! The cost to install just the faucet was $1127. However the faucet was leaking badly and I agreed to have only that work done as it was essential. While they were polite, neat and clean, I find it patently absurd that I was charged $687 for the installation of just the faucet package. I feel that I was taken advantage of as a senior citizen and definitely would NOT recommend this company.

Worse company ....run away overcharge permits fee ,don't get the work done in been waiting for work complete by the since 12/17/2015 to present 04/25/2016 ...you better think twice before hire them...they charged $432 for the permits when really cost $242 then I got check back $190 from them last week ...please be careful find better company ...one day I wrote bad review like this one and I got call back next day telling me they will fix ,but I have to erase the review...which is bad for them....but now i don't care anymore...I still waiting to get the work done... Converted to Gas and Replaced our Heater, Water Heater and Air Conditioner and moved the heater from the Laundry Room to the Garage Attic. We had a very large and complicated job to complete. We set the job up with Helmi. He was willing to negotiate the price with us which was definitely important. He was very easy to deal with and explained everything to us in person. We would HIGHLY recommend Pex for any of your duct work and installing your heater! His work was impeccable and he was very easy to work with. He typically worked with Mitch who we also would recommend. The two of them worked extremely well together. They never had an issue with us asking questions. While most people wouldn't experience this, we had a little confusion with our job because it was so complicated. We felt like not everyone was on the same page when it came to completing certain aspects of the job. We were less than impressed with the plumbers that they sent to complete the work. The first plumber was very rude and seemed like he did not want to complete the job because it required some work. We just wanted done what we were promised in our quote. We did request another plumber to complete the plumbing work but we were not pleased with his work. We had a problem with our thermostat and they sent someone to fix it, they said they had to order a part but a month later, we still hadn't heard anything. We called to find out what was going on, so they sent Jason who was able to get the part and fix it some day. Overall we would say that we would highly recommend TEAM but we would probably recommend that you find a different plumber and definitely request Pex and Mitch to work on your job!

Get a call at 2pm (tech was supposed to arrive between 1-3) that they would have to cancel the tech was stuck at another job. Asked to reschedule 5 days later. Found someone else to fix it next day. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! My husband called them at 8:00 this morning was told someone will be at my house between 4:00-6:00. My husband called at 5:45 just to make sure things was still on schedule, Christina told my husband everything was still on schedule for 6:00. 5 min later my husband gets a call back from Christina that the technician just called her and said he won't make it to my house. The ONLY reason that we received a call that he wasn't going to make it is because WE called them. We left our jobs early to make sure we was home for the appointment. Work was excellent . Jarek took care of us. We had a Fixture assembled and installed (9 bulb ) . Our hallway that it was installed in is 18 feet high. Not easy to reach but Jarek and his assistant took care of business and got the job done. Very good experience . Quick, clean , professional , and as a bonus very respectful and friendly . I strongly recommend Team Electric Plumbing and Air. A few week later we needed help with a wiring problem and for sure we called Team Electric. It's hard to give 5 stars to give 5/5 when you're spending $5k on a home appliance. But here's how i'd break it down: 1. Jason showed up when he said he would, and broke the unfortunate news. He wrote down the options, talked me through it, and gave me the time to think it through. Not the typical "make the decision now" pressure you normally get. 2. Brian and Prahm showed up to do the work, and were super polite. They also had a great working relationship (it's always great to see teams work well together when they are providing a service). 3. The work was completed without issue. Moving in the new water tank, getting a furnace into the attic, having to remove the stairs and molding... they talked me through each step and executed as they said they would. 4. Cleaning up after is always important, and shows a level of professionalism. Took the time to do a thorough job, which I very much appreciated. Overall, you spend a lot of money, you expect excellent service and a quality product. Most of all, you (as the customer) don't want to feel like you made the wrong decision. This TEAM hit on all cylinders. Thank you!

So far, during the estimation and planning process Helmi has been very helpful, we're doing an oil to gas conversion, along with on demand hot water heater. Team wasn't the lowest bid however we went with them because Helmi seems to be a master of his craft, I'll update this review when the job is complete, but I forsee no issues. UPDATE - LOOKS LIKE HELMI NO LONGER WORKS FOR TEAM), nonetheless the company honored the contract in its entirety and performed a professional installation, (Brian F. And Greg) with all additional features promised- There was one minor hiccup, the gas pipe failed the city's first pressure test, I had to take a few extra days off of work to complete the project but they made it right in the end, GO TEAM! UPDATE : SYSTEM INSTALLED ALL SYSTEMS ARE A GO! THANKS GUYS - HARD WORKING CREW, THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THERE WORK, THANK YOU FOR THE WARM WINTER!

My friend got in touch with me and told me that his company Team Electric, Plumbing & Air is available 24/7. Working with them was SUPER effortless. I called, they set an appointment. Called with a coupon for $69.00 ac tune up with 1 pound of freon. Rep came to the house and said we needed 2 pounds and the charge would be $800.00 and we needed a new system- $5000-$8000!! Had another company out and they charged $350.00 for 2 pounds freon and service and said system would be fine for forseeable future. This is a rip-off company. Beware.

THESE GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE!!! My technicians were Luke and Rob and these guys can do it all. They found stuff I never even thought to look for. And they actually found problems that could have literally burned my house down. They rewired my outlets, installed a ceiling fan, and remapped my fusebox so I knew what every switch did. Buying a new house is an exciting event but it's only after you move in that you find all the issues you didn't notice at the open house! After several DIY projects, we knew that the kitchen plumbing project was going to be way out of our comfort level. We called around to several plumbers in the area to get a quote for the job and the Team Electric Plumbing & Air staff was the most professional and honest from the start. The day Mr. Brian and Mr. Raum arrived, they quoted us and started the work immediately. They installed my new dishwasher as it was delivered and arrived the same time they did. They took it out of the box and even disposed of all the wrapping plastic and cardboard box! They installed a connection for the refrigerator water hookup and went above and beyond to make sure we have safe and cold drinking water. They were both extremely professional and very respectful. They even interacted and entertained my toddler who was very interested in their work. It was very sweet to watch them talk to him and make him giggle. When the job was completed, they left the workspace better than they found it, and everything was done way beyond our expectations. This company is a scam along with some of the employees that work there. Especially Jason Scofield. He came to our house because the air was not working. He is looking inside for about 10 minutes and comes to the conclusion that we need a new circuit board and wire harness. He goes to the car and says he cannot get the parts so he tries to sell us a new unit. He charges us almost 100 dollars for nothing and then leaves. I took things into my own hands and checked the unit myself. It turns out that there was no freon and it just needed a charge. That should be the first thing he checked before trying to sell us a new unit. Very unprofessional and a waste of money. I would not suggest using this company.

Not happy at all first things first is that I requested some one to come out to look at my unit. They came in a very fast time. Gentlemen came and he took 3 minutes and told me that my unit is old needs to be replace. I said but what is wrong with the unit is it repairable. Mind you they did not take anything off and used any equipment what so ever to test things. I understand the climate did not help with it being pouring out. But they handle the situation very horribly like I told the lady on the phone I just want to see what is wrong with my unit I told the lady over the phone we just purchased this home and we are very tight on money since we just moved in. So the gentlemen came in and said that he is going to send one of his salesmen to come and show me my options. I did not know what to do because of the fact of it was over 90 degrees and my fiancé was uncomfortable. So the gentlemen Rami I believe his name was very professional and I have no complaints about him he did his job on trying to sell me on a unit. But I just didn't believe the unit was unrepairable when I had some one come out and fix it for $400.00. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY! Then I get a credit alert from my company and I was notify that I have a credit card with Wells Fargo when I told gentlemen to hold off because I still didn't know what I was going to do. Not Very Nice Not Professional And I WILL NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE FROM FAMILY TO FRIENDS TO THIS COMPANY! When I was told from a neighbor that this company all they do I try to sell you a new unit instead of repairing more money in it for them! Thank you.

I have lost heat in my house several times and two times this week. Last night I started calling for service at 10:00 pm. I have called five times since and still no one has come or even called me to tell that they are coming. It is 25 degrees outside and not much higher inside. The girls who answer the calls cannot tell me why no one is reacting to my problem. They 'just enter my calls into the system". I have nothing but problems with their installation since day one. I am truly sorry I chose team electric.

Horrendously stupefying. The plumber, who was supposed to come bt 10-12pm showed up at 1pm. When I called to inquire about his whereabouts I was told “he’s on his way...he’ll be there in 30 minutes” and then, an hour later “he’ll be there in 10 minutes.” So finally he arrived, took a 2 minute look at the problem and said he’s going to go outside to “get tools” and “call the landlord” to inquire about the work that needs to be done. He then went into his truck and sat there... 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour... and then drove away. He never did call my landlord or return to the house to say anything else to me. Is this professional?

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Seriously, skip on this team and call someone else! I called on them first thing in the morning this Summer when I experienced an outage that disabled air conditioners on a very hot day. They said they'd be out by noon or maybe earlier, so I took a day off from work to wait and have the issue fixed. They did not show by that time, so I CALLED THEM to see what the problem was; they said They're running behind so someone would be out by 2. I'm a very reasonable person, so I was still ok with it. They still did NOT show by 2 so I CALLED THEM BACK AGAIN. They said someone would be here by 4pm. The guy finally showed up here at 5pm! Then he was here for about 10 minutes fixed a piece if wire and replaced a single breaker, then showed me a bill for over $300!? I was outraged, but STILL gave him my card and it was supposed to be processed. Days went by when a woman from billing called me explaining the card number was taken down wrong by the service man and they couldn't process the payment. I returned the call and was only left to leave a message, so I did and explained this entire story of my dissatisfaction and having to take an entire day off from work and lose pay on top of them being about 5 to 6 hours late! They NEVER CALLED ME BACK after that, so I figured they may have been forgiving the job for all the trouble I was caused by their ridiculously bad service to this point. 5 months go by and the same woman from billing calls back and says they have this unpaid bill in their file from the Summer and they need it resolved!? I called them back and spoke with her explaining my entire story AGAIN and she said she didn't handle this sort of thing and said she would pass the message of my dissatisfaction along to management. Weeks later I received a bill in the mail from a collection agency, due to them forwarding this case along to them!? What did I miss here? Are these people freakin kidding me?!? I'm a very reasonable person, but these people were absolutely INCOMPETENT from top to bottom and just passed the buck and never attempted to listen, help or correct the problem THEY CAUSED. Regardless of the actual work being done effectively that day, the customer service could not have been worse. I'm a very disappointed one time customer here, and deserved much better than all of this, that's all I'm saying. If you want service from a company who actually shows like they care about their customers, DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!!

Team Electric Plumbing & Air Installed a new furnace at my investment property. Great installment with no issues there. However, I needed an air pressure test to be completed for my gas lines. The plumber claimed to have found leaks and sealed them and did the testing. The pressure DID NOT hold on the gauge and they charged me over $300 for the service. I spoke with someone who said it's cover under warranty and do not have to pay again. So, they came back again a 2nd time and found more leaks, sealed them did the pressure test again and billed me for over $500 for this service. By this time I am in over $5K with this company including the furnance installation, ducting and return on the 2nd floor. They came back a 3rd time and found leaks again sealed the leaks and did the pressure test again, but this time they billed me over $700 for this service. By this time I did not pay them I was very irrate and they failed with their credibility. Every time they came back not only did they find more leaks, but the pressure test still was not holding for more than 10 hours and DID NOT COVER ANYTHING UNDER WARRANTY. Total ripoff! Do not use their service. Instead of coming back to repair the leaks and honor their work they just ignored my communication and then they merged with another company. Check for warranties because apparently they feel people have money just to give them for the hell of it.

Best Service - Thank you Team Electric for the excellent service we received this week when our power was not working properly. We called with an emergency situation and your technician Barry came here within the hour. He was quick to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a major problem at our office complex that required all electricity to be turned off. They again had to come back in the morning to complete the task, even though it was their day off. Great Service! I wish I would have found these guys years ago. Finding a good electrician has always been a challenge. Most don't like taking smaller jobs and are too busy for big jobs. I called Team for a small electrical installation. We set up an appointment for the next day. Two other companies never returned my call. A third came, gave me an estimate said he'd call to schedule but never did. Team came on time, gave me a reasonable estimate and did the job in a quick manner. Wish I could actually give a review of the work but it never happened. They were to come out to my house which I stayed home from work for but there was a "screw up" with their schedule. They finally called me and said they would be back out for the next day first time frame - 9am-11am. I called at 9:30am to confirm and the gentleman who answer said it was on "Stand by" until confirmed. No idea what that means....he put me on hold came back and told me between 12pm-2pm. When I told him no thank you and cancel he made no attempt to retain my business. Ashamed.

I was fortunate to find Team Electric around 9 years ago. We started by adding a HVAC full generator to our home. This was a god send and I highly recommend it for every home. We have never lost power during any storms. Team Electric has rewired our whole house, installed 13 new fire alarms, added a new air-conditioner and new furnace, added and changed light fixtures, and provided an excellent maintenance service for electric and plumbing. Since they have added plumbing we have had new toilets added and drains. We are a work in progress. Our current electrician is Jarek and he helps take fine care of our home. You can not for a better company to accurately price jobs, purchase supplies, install and maintain. Team Electric is a full service Electrical Plumbing and Air Service. I relax as soon as they walk in the door.

Unprofessional, zero courtesy. No show for an appointment. I made an appointment for a technician to inspect an electro-mechanical system, explaining what my needs were. I was told Team is able to provide such services, and booked an appointment. On the day of, technician calls me before 8 a.m. to see if I can move up my appointment because he had a cancellation. I tried coordinating and couldn't, said I'd need to keep the 11. I show up with my realtor, waiting for half an hour. I dialed the technician, and texted him. No response. I call Team Services; and they tell me that they called me to cancel because they actually don't provide the services I had confirmed they did when making the appointment. It's a cell number - please don't lie to your potential (no longer) or actual customers. Team cost me time and opportunity, and had complete disregard in doing so. I'll never use Team for any of my needs.

They were prompt, neat, courteous and quick. However, their prices are highly inflated compared to what other licensed electricians charge. They asked for $265 (before taxes) to simply replace a damaged outlet. Not to install a new outlet - but to simply remove a damaged outlet box and install a new outlet box and receptacle, both of which I supplied them with. There was only one circuit going into the box and the work took less than 10 minutes. I used a $50 coupon but that didn't help much when the price was so high to begin with. If you want to get ripped off, call this company and good luck to you. I will never use them again and will let all my neighbors know to avoid this company due to its practice of price gouging.

My Attic fan was bad so I asked my neighbor who he sued and he recommended Team Electric Plumbing and Air. John answered the phone and we made plans for him to come over in a couple of days. I have a very steep pitch roof on my house and John was in and out in one hour after diagnosing that it wasn't the thermostat, but that the fan was burned out. The price was fair, but the service was very prompt and we're enjoying our new attic fan.

The tech they sent was pretty young, but I thought he did a decent job. But the charge was close to $1,000, which I thought was a little high (though we did need a new blower motor, and they are not cheap). The biggest issue I had was that a few weeks later these (fill in a good expletive here please) call me trying to sell me a "service call". I asked the guy what it included, which are things like an inspection, a filter change, etc. I him I just spent $1,000 with them, and told him they should have done everything included in the service call at that point. He disagreed and tried some more to sell me. I told him to get lost. Give me a break... You spend $1,000 with them, and they leave and then try to sell you a service call? Crazy.

Michael Lafaman has refreshed my way of thinking that there are still friendly, professional, respectful and knowledgable people out there still. I know that may sound far-fetched but trust me he is definitely TOP-NOTCH! My reasons for saying this are the following: - His professionalism on the phone (telling me what time he would arrive) and then calling ahead of his scheduled time to say if it's alright he would be there sooner, only "IF" it were ok for my schedule and my convenience feeling almost as if I'm his most important customer. - Upon arrival greeting you with his name and company so you feel at ease right away and immediately asks to explain to him in detail what has been going on to assure me he is completely prepared that what he was assigned for matches what he equipped himself with.. - When he starts to take charge he is extremely prepared to not have any remnants of his duties left behind by putting down rags, drop-cloths and the like. It's almost like you're watching a fantasy contractor. At the end of his job (that was to take 4 hours) and only takes 2.5 hours - only because he focuses non-stop on his job at hand, and nothing else, he says to me, "......ok, you're all set, thank you for your business and have a great day!" And he is gone without a trace!!!! You kind of shake your head with a look and feeling of - Did I just miss something? I have ONE suggestion...........i.e. CLONE HIM!
