He was sent by my landlord and called me for an appointment. He actually showed up on time. I explained to him what had happened to my electricity and he immediately went to work on fixing it. Within 45 minutes of being in my home he found the problem and fixed it. We chatted a bit about what went wrong and how to avoid this electric blow out in the future. He reassured me that my old cloth wires in the walls and my fuses worked fine together and I could continue on living in my 1940 apartment. This guy has lots of experience with old buildings in NYC so I recommend hiring him for any old building electrical problems for he is a pro.
