Response to response from contractor...ascnice as the the response from the contractor is! They are wrong I wasnt told they would call 30 min before apt....i have a great message on my phone so wrong again.....and told receptionist time of apr. would be home all day ...they should send email with contractors number so I know its not a robo call..many other contractors do much beter to contact clients.... Franchise had apointment 1 to 3 ...said I would be there all day....no text...no voicemail and they said they called....was going to leave a 1 for review but owner did call back but seemed very short with me and felt as if he could care less...cant say anything about there workman ship cause they didnt make apt. For the quote.. told him a had 3 guys show up on time when they said...but I cant answer calls through out the day cause I'm working on roofs and stuff ..HE says that he does whatever ...tried for estimate the next day they couldn't do....just seemed to busy to work with me...oh well there lose.

Isaac is a great guy to deal with, and Vanessa was also very helpful from the office. Pete, the technician they sent to our job a few times, was also a great pleasure to work with and get to know. If you have an electrical job in the OC area, I would absolutely recommend Mr. Electric of OC.
