Our technician,Wilmer, arrived within the time frame we were given. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and he explained exactly what was being done. After he was finished, he left the work area spotless. I would highly recommend CSF Electric for all your electrical needs. If you are fortunate enough to be able to request a technician, Wilmer is excellent. However, we have used other technicians from CSF and they are all top notch.

I called CFS and was immediately impressed by the professional, polite, greeting, the patience, and the detailed information provided. Then a WILMER SARAVIA called at the earlier part of the window originally given, to announce his arrivaL, AND, SENT A TXT WITH HIS PICTURE! He arrived — punctually. I was more impressed, when he and his assistant placed a cover over their shoes to protect my floors. More, CFS provided a free electrical assessment of my home. The electricians' training and knowledge were evident. They discovered, many issues, and paramountly, the service and repair for which CFS was called were completed expeditiously and with no "collateral" damage to my home. I know good work, and I'm critical of sloppy tradesmen. I find no criticism with CFS, and recommend, without reservation, the crew that came to my home Thank you. You are both ambassadors for your industry.

CSF Electric came through for us once again. This is the second time we used this company and we are beyond pleased with their work. During this past heatwave our wall AC unit needed to be replaced. We purchased it and had it installed from an outside company but the wire was about two inches shy of reaching our current outlet and the outlet needed to be moved. We called CSF Electric and they were great about coming the same day since my wife and I are a bit older and have some health issues and really couldn't be without the air conditioning. Their timing was spot on and our electrician, Will S. was top notch! He called before he arrived and when he arrived he asked us to explain what we needed from him. From there, he evaluated the situation, came up with a quote for the work and got right down to business. He was quiet, professional, and super clean as he worked. We are definitely pleased and will be calling them back!

Craig is nothing short of incredible,,, he cares about his business and the customer like they were the same family. I had questions about prices and particulars and he was spot on with the answers. He left, and I had zero questions.. and what really made me write this review was the fact that other companies gave me a hard time because I couldn’t be home before 6:00 as I work 7 days a week and don’t get home till then, not only did he come to give me an estimate after hours but he also came personally to complete the job after hours accommodating both my fiancé and I.. I would recommend him to anyone I know , and I don’t recommend many people as I always get screwed lol thank you Craig!

Craig & his team were phenomenal.Special mention to Raphael, Markos, Will who were humble, polite and did a very thorough work in upgrading my electric panel, changing GFI outlets etc, they went above and beyond.Craig had explained the price and although they are a bit pricey, you soon realize the quality standing behind their exemplary workmanship. Very clean and very professional. Asked about installing an attic fan to help cool the house. Told me that he didn't think it would help that what I had was fine. I appreciate his honesty. He could have just as well told that it was necessary and installed and charged me for something I didn't need. A lot of others wouldn't have done that. Would recommend and will consider for future projects.
