The response time to emails and calls was very quick and the electrician who completed the work was very efficient and friendly. He definitely found the right solutions to my problem (another electrician kept giving excuses on why the work could not be done). Very pleased!

I arrived home from a short trip to find my refrigerator off and my freezer rapidly defrosting. Roman was able to come by within an hour of me calling and set to work immediately. His diagnosis was a shorted out line in the walls but rather than recommend a time consuming and no doubt expensive fix, he was able to rewire the fridge outlet to a nearby rarely used outlet and now everything is back on. I was in my apartment while he worked and he talked me through the steps he was taking. I highly recommend Roman to anyone needing an electrician.
