I contacted Len to install a Tesla wall connector as he was recommended on Tesla website. Len is great to do business with, very prompt and punctual, responsive to communications, and will keep you informed up to date. The installed connector is yet to be tested (hopefully, this week), but I have to mention that the job was done in timely manner as promised. I cannot comment on the cost of his service as I crossed out the competition (also recommended on Tesla website) early on due to their slow response and communication issues.

The service we received from Len, Jose, and Kim from America's Best absolutely lives up to the company name. From first inquiry to completed inspection, they were incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a small job - installing a 220-volt outlet in our garage - but they treated it like the most important project in their portfolio. During the estimate visit, Jose was on time and spent more than half an hour examining our indoor and outdoor electrical panels, photographing the install area, and even inspecting our air conditioner to confirm how much electricity it was already drawing. We received a detailed written estimate the same day, including permit fees. This was quite a contrast to another well-reviewed company which complained that I even wanted to follow the law by obtaining permits and ultimately refused to do the work unless we agreed to skip the permits. On the day of the installation, Jose was again on time, reconfirmed every detail of the job, and completed it timely. He came back a few days later to meet the inspector, and after some feedback, did some additional work the same day to make the install even safer for us. When the inspector came back for the final review, Len (the owner) came personally to meet him and ensure everything was set. Based on this experience - including the fact that they're all just nice people to deal with - we signed up for their annual service plan that includes two yearly AC checkups, priority service, and repair discounts. I feel like we've finally found an electrician we can trust.

The president came to my residence and provided me with a quick and spot on quote for some electrical work, and HVAC tune ups that I requested. The technician arrived on time and was highly trained and professional. I called over 5 electricians / HVAC companies, and America's Best Mechanical Contracting Services was the only company that was upfront, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. Moving forward, I will only be using Americas Best Mechanical for all of my electrical and HVAC needs.

Many thanks to Len - I called him on a Tuesday late afternoon after getting the run around from no fewer than 5 other contractors on getting a leaky vent on my roof repaired. Roof guys would say, "call an HVAC guy!" and the HVAC guys would say, "it's a roof issue, get a roofer!" But, Len listened to my problem, looked at the photos I had of the roof and vent, and moved his schedule around to help me out FIRST THING Wednesday morning, as we were expecting yet another heavy rain, and I was getting water damage in my house. He showed up at 7:45 AM on Wednesday morning, popped up to the roof, came back down and explained some things to me, and then went back up and put down some high grade sealant. Indeed, it poured cats and dogs that afternoon, and the work has held up! Thank you, Len! Easily one of the best contractor experiences so far.

When our air conditioner in our condo in Aventura, Florida, needed replacement, America's Best took care of everything! They worked with our condo building, took care of the necessary permits from the city and installed the proper air conditioning system. Bobby, the contractor in our area of South Florida, took care of everything. Since we were in our home in the Chicago-area and not in Florida when the replacement A/C unit was installed, it was very important to us that America's Best and Bobby took care of everything.Thank you to owner, Len, and Bobby for saving our condo and our sanity.
