TLC has done repairs at our house on various plumbing issues twice in the last couple of weeks. They were always on time (always called 30 minutes before arriving), did wonderful work, and were very reasonably priced! I moved here from a smaller community where we didn't have access to excellent, fast, reasonably priced plumbing repair...I tell you TLC is the dream plumbing company! Everyone we met has been professional, personable, and really helpful. TLC rocks and I'll use them again and again!

I had a plumbing inspection done and found that my water heater needed a portable expansion tank and a flue piping upgrade. Shannon Rushing did both the inspection and the work on the water heater. From what I can see, he did a great job and he's also a nice person so I felt completely comfortable with him. He left everything clean and complete and taught me how to drain the water heater which I told him I wanted to do since the water had been cooling down while he worked on it. Thanks, Shannon!

24/7 Service was a must. For the added convenience of an emergency plumbing repair the cost was worth it. The technician, Roman, and the dispatcher were very helpful in helping set up my service call. I had a kid's birthday party to host on this date, and was having a main line sewer issue. They arrived early in the morning and was able to fix the issue in under an hour. Well worth the time and expedience of service. The technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He had a smile on his face even on a cold, Saturday morning.

Or, the concept of service time between 2 and 5pm just beyond grasp.(they were the ones that gave me that time frame).the technician never showed up.Look.These things happen. But for them to Then try blaming me for having the audacity of being home between 2 and 5 is just comical. To be fair,they did attempt to make it good by asking me to waste an entire Saturday waiting for them to decide to show up. Bad luck on my part. Bad service on them. They used to be pretty good.

I had what I consider to be a difficult project and I was concerned about getting it done because my wife is scheduled for surgery Wednesday. I had an electrical issue on Black Friday, a holiday weekend. Placed a call to TLC that was answered by Mike Gibson. Mike was so professional and considerate, he walked me through resetting my circuit breaker and helped me identify the issue over the phone!!! This saved me the extra cost of an after hours service fee which helped tremendously! We pin pointed the problem was with my ceiling fan and he was ready to come to fix it on the spot until I told him how high up the ceiling fan was. Mike suggested I take a photo and send it to him so he would have a better idea of what ladder he would need. After sending the photo's he was able to assess what he would need to access the fan and made some suggestions on a replacement. He also reassured me that by keeping the fan and light off it should be fine until it is replaced. I can't tell you what a relief this was and how much I appreciate Mike's willingness to help. I love TLC, I've used their services before and have always felt like they truly care and offer great service. TLC did some plumbing work in my home on 10-1-19. They repaired a waterline leak under my stairs, installed a water softener system and cleaned my second story drains. i had called TLC to have my water leak fixed. While on their website, i signed up for a water softener quote. Jay called me within a few minutes of completing my online request. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system they carry and explained the savings I would get using their water softener exchange program. He even contacted the technician that was scheduled to repair my waterline and asked if he could install the softener at the same time. James Crespin came to my house and went to work fixing my water leak. In addition to the existing water leak, he found another section of my water line that was in very bad shape. He expertly removed both sections of pipe and replaced them. He also contacted the TLC dispatch and requested a drain technician to come to my house to discuss the problems i was having with my sewer drains. Once the waterlines were repaired and tested, James went to work installing the water softener in my garage. He even helped me move some boxes to make room for the softener and keep it clear of my furnace and water heater. Shortly after James started work in my garage, Irvin Alvidrez arrived to look at my sewer drains. I explained the problems I was having and he went to work snaking the pipes. Jay even came by my house to drop of a part for the softener and make sure we were happy with the system they were installing. By the end of the day, all of our plumbing was working perfectly and we were enjoying soft water again after 10+ years without a softener system. I highly recommend TLC to anyone looking for plumbing services. They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Jay, James and Irvin are awesome!

Overpriced. I was warned about them from several people AFTER I told them I had TLC come fix our leaking connector pile which was a $6-7 piece you can get from home Depot (of which they informed me) and they charged me $130. I understand service cost and their time, but $123 for them to be there for a few minutes to change that out?! Never again. Lesson learned the hard way. Don't be like me. Go somewhere else. Also, they recommended several other things be replaced (house is 10 years old) my dad's an electrician and has worked in the industry for decades. He told me in their 30+ years of living where they are they've never replaced what he told us needs replacing. They're just trying to upsell. Be aware of that also. Ask around before you believe their nonsense.

THANK GOD FOR PLUMBERS! We have used TLC Plumbing over the years and have always been impressed by the professionalism and great work of their employees. I also appreciate being able to contact the company 24/7 to schedule repairs. We had a simple leaky faucet handle that was fixed promptly today. Mike also picked up two spare parts for any future leaks to save money on labor charges (they had to drive to a specialty plumbing supply store to buy the part needed to fix our handle as it isn't typically stocked on their trucks).

We had a clog that backed up every fixture in our home at 10pm on a Monday. We called a few places before calling TLC. They called us back immediately and had a technician named Doug at our house almost immediately. He worked fast and efficiently, we had our 3 month old sleeping inside a room a few feet from where Doug was working. He managed to snake the drain quietly and quickly. And the after hours price was much better than we anticipated. Overall it was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor and I am a contractor myself. Great job TLC!

I've always been a little leary of TLC, because I've dealt with them in the work environment, and I knew that they were a little pricey. I've also learned that you get what you pay for. And I can't say enough good things things about TLC! Our almost-20 year old evap cooler died, in August's triple digit heat. I have respiratory problems and 3 indoor dogs, so going the traditional route of ordering the replacement and then scheduling the installation and all that jazz wasn't going to cut it. We needed an immediate replacement. We didn't think we were going to get it, but we were hopeful. Called TLC at 8:00am, and about 45 minutes later, the crew of Brandon Saiz and Morrison Garcia were at the door. They assessed the job quickly and presented the estimate for replacement. When we inquired about a higher horsepower motor for the unit, Brandon added it without changing the estimate price! That's unheard of! Brandon and Morrison hauled off the old unit, and by 1:00pm, the new unit was installed and cooling our house again. And they cleaned up so well, no one would ever be able to tell they were there at all! So, yes, it was a little bit more costly than a competitor might have been, but you're not going to get the speed, quality, courtesy, and level of customer service they provided at bargain basement prices. TLC has just earned a loyal customer!

And the last guy that came to my house from a plumbing service in an unmarked truck looked like he sold plasma for a living. So when I needed an annual flushing of my tank-less water heater, I called TLC. A properly uniformed and knowledgeable guy (Leroy) came on time and took care of the service in a thorough and professional manner. Was it cheap? No, but neither is anybody else. And they leave you with the feeling that you have been well taken care of. That's worth it to me.

Wow! What a great experience yesterday with an HVAC inspection and proposal. TLC didn't send a "Salesman" in dress shoes and a golf shirt. They sent the installer who will install the system he recommends after crawling through the crawlspace, examining the intricacies of the existing duct-work, and spending over an hour discussing our perception of need and our expectations. Could not be happier. Once again TLC has exceeded our expectations.

This morning TLC installed a water softener system with a filter that treats all the water that comes into our house. All three installers were curteous and efficient. The total cost was exactly the quote that we were given before agreeing to have the work done.

Last Thursday, we came home after lunch to find a spring bubbling up in the middle of our front yard. Called TLC and James arrived quickly to assess the problem (50 year old galvanized pipe breaks!). He and Cesar arrived the next day to dig a new trench and lay down a new water line. They worked SO hard and kept at it until they could connect the line so we had water for the weekend. It took several days to finish the project, but they did a great job, and did I mention they worked SO hard? This is why we always call TLC. : )

My air conditioner went out Sat Aug 3 so Mon I called and made an appt for someone to come out.The soonest someone could come out was Tue, but I had another appt I could not change so we set it up for Wed between 8 and 10. At 7:45 am I got a call that he would be here in 15 min and sure enough he was right on. The gentleman's name was Chico Apachito, the most pleasant man I have met in a long time. It took only minutes for him to solve the problem and take care of it. I promise if I never need help again, I will call and ask for Chico. His patience with an old lady will not go unnoticed ❤❤

I had written a very negative review about TLC PLUMBING. I am editing that review based on a response from Sky (Dept. Mgr). Sky contacted me today 6-3-19 and apologized for being over charged on a plumbing job at my home on 5-29-19. We had a shower valve replaced. I was shocked at the charge, but when I spoke to a woman in the office and to the technician again, I didn't get a reasonable explanation. Sky told me it was a training issue for a new employee, he agreed we were over charged. He offered to refund the entire amount we were billed. I truly appreciate that Sky called and made things right. This is the good service I had always received from TLC. I have used them on multiple occasions for work at my uncle's home, and had always been happy with the service and felt their prices were reasonable. This is why I called them to come to my home. Again, thank you Sky! I will use TLC again at my home, and will continue to use them at my uncle's home.

TLC is the most honest, ethical and professional company I’ve done business with. My mother’s boiler quit working after she ran out of propane. TLC completed repairs before deciding she needed a new boiler. The new boiler failed exactly as the old boiler did. Levi, their expert on boilers came up and checked the propane tank before turning the valve. It was nearly off. It turned out the both boilers were starved for gas. I wrote a letter to TLC requesting the reimburse my mother for two-thirds of the total costs, and we were asking King’s Butane for the other third. TLC called me as soon as they received my letter. They totally accepted responsibility - and have reimbursed my mother 100 percent of the repairs and the new boiler - a total of $11,333.00. I recommend this company to anyone or any company needing their services.
