For being a electric company anytime there’s a power outage it takes hours to get the power running again this company is garbage my children were literally freezing because the power was out so that means no heater with it snowing and below 6 degrees you all should be ashamed of yourselves Nd should really be shut down PNM needs to make its way out to Espanola and Santa Cruz because Jemez mountain electric is worthless

Crooks who are responsible for Forest fires then gouge its customers for money any way they can to pay off the money they owe. The whole company is a bunch of monopolistic SOBs that know they have each and everyone by the short hairs. Booooooo!!!!! And there's nothing we can do because where else will you get power from.... Evil power company not a co-op like they ha e in their name bunch of BS.

I am happy with the prices that my light bill came in this month. But some of the months it gets over one hundred dollars when I use the the stove. I had made arrangements for payment plans a few months ago. And I ended up paying an even one hundred dollars and all I had to pay was eighty two dollars. Since I didn't pay the exact amount the computer said I'm not allowed to do payment plans. Ridiculous.

Anytime there is a slight breeze, a slight drizzle or a bird lands on an electrical power line owned and maintained by the Jemez Mountains Electric coop, power is interrupted for several hours. Jemez Mountains Electric Coop personal's response is always the same, they don't know how to run an electric coop due to the lack of unqualified staff in the maintenance department. The reason... Unqualified staff overall. Terrible service. On a scale of 1 to 10, a minus 5.

This is a very good electric coop! Although it is basically your only choice in Espanola and surrounding areas, they still maintain fair prices and they hire extremely professional and considerate employees! They are knowledgeable and skilled and they have very good communication in all matters relating to the services they provide! Definitely a good choice!
