Extremely disappointed. Made 3 attempts to contact for an estimate on a project for our residence. I left voice mail messages on his cellphone and his business phone. Even used his website in another attempt to make contact. After 8 business days had past, I finally received a call back. He assured me that he would come over to access my needs on that same or perhaps the next day. This was on Sept 17th. Now 15 business days have past and I have not heard back from him. I have moved on with another local contractor.

Gorman Electric has been fantastic for us. They are our go-to electric company for our business and we've been using them for years on big jobs and small jobs alike. All of their guys we've encountered have been polite, knowledgeable, show up on time, work hard, and leave their job sites clean night after night if the job requires it. I stopped shopping for electricians two years ago and of all of the trades we work with, electric is the only one we don't consistently shop because Gorman has been so good to us. We go with them every single time, no question. Prices are fair (not the least expensive but certainly not the most - but fair) - which is what matters to us. Most employees and mgt are bilingual too, which helps in a lot of ways. Can't say enough good things about them.

Did unauthorized work on my mother-in-laws building, but wants her to pay for the work. Took minimum of 4 calls to talk with owner who insulted her and made her feel like an inadequate woman. Was charged for journeyman and a helper on what was clearly a one person job. Thank you Mr. Gorman for talking with my mother-in-law and resolving this matter to both your satisfaction.
