Wow. These guys are AMAZING. I called another "highly rated" electrician before calling Grounded Electric and that was a big mistake. The other electrican quoted a time, never showed up, never called, and didn't pick up when I called. I called Grounded Electric 5 minutes before they closed. They were unbelievably helpful even though they were getting ready to go home. Even though it was the end of the day, they were able to squeeze me in for 8am the next day. Not only did they show up exactly at 8am the day, but they were extremely nice, helpful and they did an amazing job. I should have called them first, but I won't make that mistake ever again. Grounded Electric is now my go to if I ever need an electrician.

Excellent service We have used Ground electric to do lots of work around our house. Lights in the backyard , low voltage all around the house, and in and outdoor sound system with speakers. It was an excellent experience working with Bobby and Barrett, who came to my house to run a dedicated line across the home from the panel through to the outside rear to feed a new HVAC system. They were not only knowledgeable but also courteous, friendly, neat with the work as well as having provided the work/service at a fair and reasonable price. Coordinating scheduling and Q&A with Ryan at the office was also a good experience and responsive. Highly recommended!

Called them several times throughout different times of the day, different days. Left voice mails, sent an email, contacted them via their website. Never an answer at all. They don't want to have me as a customer, I'll take my business elsewhere. Says a lot about their service when they do not care to answer back.

They came with little notice, were on time and were super responsible (called on the way and called beforehand to confirm).They were so nice, professional and helpful as well, and fixed a bit of a complicated issue in my condo (and made it look easy). These guys were great. I hired them to reconnect power to my detached garage and troubleshoot a flood light. The garage part was easy, once I dug the trench from the house to bury the line for it. The part I appreciate most is that they spent time trying to figure out was wrong with the flood light. Once we settled on the fact that the line to it was stolen for our kitchen during a renovation, they figured out a way to reconnect it without cutting through walls again. Not the perfect solution, but I'm happy they thought of it, and I'm bringing them back to finish that part. They also replied, were available, and followed through faster than 3 other electricians I reached out to.
