Fantastic work, punctual, when there were any issues that arose, they walked you through every option to make an informed decision, and weren't trying to milk you for every penny like a lot of other contractors do. Even charged less on certain items as they were an easy fix. The scheduling is extremely efficient and easy, they responded to emails within minutes. We were very constrained with lighting that could be installed in our condo because of open layout and the limits of a concrete ceiling. Mike consulted with the interior designer and lighting designer quite a few times answering questions and explaining and recommending what was needed until we finally came up with a plan. During installation, Eric and Dylan also came up against obstacles and issues and were able to troubleshoot and solve the issues. They did a fantastic job! Got about seven quotes to get my Tesla charger installed, and Gladiator was the best fit for me. After a number of quotes you learn something about the electrician. Some quotes came in offering to install 100 amp service to 80 amp service. I didn't know the difference. When Gladiator came in, the person explained to me why I should get 60 amp service. He looked at my panel and told me if I was running what I had hooked up already then I would be flipping the breaker if my laundry machine and dryer were on while I was using my service. Ended up with an honest opinion on how to make it look good for my house to run the wire without leaving holes to patch. And when it came down to do the job, four electricians came and did a quick job, cleaned up and the quality of work was solid and experience was professional. Wish I knew about these guys when I gutted my house and had a lot of work done. Honest and upfront electricians are hard to find. Well worth the effort to get that last quote. Will use for other jobs big or small.

I called Gladiator looking for an electrician to come out on short notice (within 48 hours) since I bought a chandelier for my wife as an anniversary gift and wanted it hung in time. Even though Mike (the owner) was clearly booked solid, he made arrangements to fit me in the very next day when I explained my situation. On top of that, we had a huge snow storm that dropped about 7" of snow overnight and he STILL showed up the next day as promised. He did a great job and his rates are very reasonable. Mike's a good guy and we will be using him as our go-to electrician from now on.

I have used Gladiator electric on a few occasions. First was when I first moved into a new house and I needed a few outlets installed. Second was when I had them replace all the switches in my house to smart switches (Lutron). They also worked with my landscaper to plan an outdoor outlet requiring a trench and conduit for a waterfall. Most recent I had an outdoor outlet blow that was powering my pool pump/filter which he came same day to make sure my pool stayed filtered. Mike and his team of professionals are very knowledgable, polite and their work was clean. They do Generac Generators which is next on the list. Gladiator is highly recommended!!!!

I have a turn of the century Victorian home that we’re renovating as we can afford it. This round we’re updating the kitchen and bathroom. I’ve been working with Mike and his team for a month now and they’ve been terrific. Right from the beginning they’ve taken the time to explain the issues and how they are going to deal with them. My project has been far from easy—getting wiring through plaster and wood lathe walls, working around old chimneys, you name it—Mike and his team find a way. Pricing is upfront and transparent. He sends texts when the team is enroute, which is helpful. To sum it all up: Mike and his team are consummate professionals, communicative, prompt and reasonable, considering the caliber of their work. Five stars all day long for these guys.

Negotiating and discussing our issues in our newly bought house with Mike was easy. His guys did a wonderful job in installing the recessed light, additional power outlets in the living room and kitchen and increasing the amph. They cleaned up after. The town guy approved the electrical work they did. The only issue I have was they left the surrounding wall of the light switch for the recessed lights messy. The surrounding wall was not flatten and even and not painted consistent with the rest of the wall. Perhaps they are not carpenters nor painters themselves. It will be nice if they can include that in their service. Putting back in the same way what they touched or opened. I had to call a carpenter to fix it. This is just a suggestion.

Even with a complex issue, his diagnosis was quick and thorough. In the end the issue was determined to be something that wasn't easily repairable and possibly related to public service. However rather than just installing an additional outlet or doing what a different electrician wanted to do. Mike, explained why the issue couldn't be repaired by him and how doing what was recomenre by someone else would not fix my issue. He was fairly priced and was honest, don't hesitate to use him for any of your electrical needs.
