Called for service on my generator. The fellow came and changed the oil and spark plug and checked the system. I received the bill and paid it. I'm a disabled veteran and the bill came about the time my veterans payment posted. No problem. After a week or so I noticed my generator wasn't running or exercising as it should. Checking the unit a message appeared indicating the unit was over cranking and would not start. I called the office and explained the issue and another fellow came out and tighten a battery cable and got the unit running. No problem with the service people. They were fine gentlemen.. This company cares about the people they serve and are quick to back up their work. Thank you for taking good care of this old boy. I'm feel confident in the services provided by this customer friendly company. UPDATED 3/11/2019

Fabulous, I would never call any other to take care of any electric problems. They returned my call in a timely manner. The gentlemen that came to my home were on time and called before to let us know they were on the way. They were very knowledgeable, professional and explained every thing they had to do for the job to be completed. They were also very polite and was very clean when they came in our home to ensure they did not track any dirt in on there shoes. I can not say enough on how they took care of are problems and how kind they were to my wife and to myself.

I cannot rave enough about Eric Krise Electrical contracting - the electrical service they provide, the community support that they offer, and the outstanding customer service that imbued every call I had with them. I run a non-profit animal shelter and contacted them late on a summer Friday with electrical issues that affected the temperature control and lighting in the kennel.
