Rowell's was the company that bought my old pumper so when I was due pumping service again I called them. They were able to schedule me within a few days, were willing to tailor time of day to my needs, and the technician that came to my home was pleasant and clean. I'll add that Chris took the time to do a visual check on baffles and took the time to discuss the pros and cons giving good advice on septic care. He really knew his stuff.

CORRECTION: after posting my review I was phoned by one of the representatives who suggested I check my Junk Box in my email for the proposal and it was indeed there. They did indeed send it when they said they would. I have revised my review as that was my major issue. He was late for our appointment, but actually I expected that. I was told he would arrive between the hours of 10 & 2. When the gentleman came @ 2:20 for the inspection and quote he was awesome at explaining everything and listening to what we needed. He told me I would get a quote from him by the end of the week, Monday at the latest. Needless to say, Monday came and went so did Friday when I called asking for someone to please send it to me. I was told I would get it on the following Monday. It WAS sent, however I never checked my junk box for the proposal -but that's where it was.

Installation of the Fujitsu Split System at our New Hampshire Lake House was a non-event for us from our initial review of contractors to the final installation, testing and commissioning. Pat Goodridge, Rowell's Sales Rep, was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was prompt, meeting us at scheduled times; explained system benefits and operation throughly,. Pat assisted us with locating outdoor equipment to ensure compliance with association guidelines and where to install equipment to preserve indoor aesthetics while ensuring system operating efficiency. Greg Rosseau and his team of installers, again were at the site on schedule to install the equipment. This team was highly knowledgeable of installation procedures to ensure proper equipment installation. The installation team took precaution not to damage the house wearing booties throughout the installation and throughly cleaning the work area when finalizing the installation. Mike F (?) demonstrated high knowledge of system electronics while installing modules that allow us to remotely connect to the system via WiFi to control system operation, temperature, fan speed, etc. These modules give me comfort knowing equipment is running properly while away from the property. Rowell's Business Manager, Lea Klock, handled all the required paper work associated with the project, including its financial estimate, manufacturer's warranty registration, and state of New Hampshire rebate forms. In closing, I highly recommend Rowell and its team to anyone considering installation of heating and cooling equipment at their homes.

Beautiful service! Very prompt and professional plumbers. They took the time to show me on a camera exactly what was going on in my drainage pipe and explained how to prevent clogs until the pipe can be repaired. Moreover, they gave free estimates on installing new toilets, bathroom sinks, and they even sent in an expert on heating/cooling options in the near future. Office personnel were friendly and calming :-D and they had upbeat, happy music playing for the short time I was on hold. Good company; can't say enough!

We were having some issues with old cast iron pipe corrosion. Rowell came and showed us on the camera so it made sense to us, and set up a time to come and replace them. They just finished. It’s amazing how neat these guys can be. They actually have to go through the cement to the septic and you would never know they had been there except for the nice new pipes we have. The people that work for the company are all so nice, and really speak highly about the company and seem to just love their jobs. Rowell’s service person sent email with picture of himself prior to arrival; can’t say enough about the sense of security that instills. Since I get my system pumped every 2 years, there were no issues and the pumping went smoothly. One point about being a ‘returning customer’/ it would be great if Rowell’s had a discount for loyalty since their fee for pumping is heading upward to $300! Coupons are available for services but exclude septic pumping.

Pat did a great job and Fujitsu seems like a really good product, but it’s priced much higher than the competition and recommended Mitsubishi - and doesn’t even include thermostats that go with the equipment (and we’d need 5 of them at ~$150 each!!) There wasn’t anything compelling enough to spend an extra $5k going with Rowell. It’s too bad because if price was closer we would have wanted to go with them.

They WORK ON MODULAR HOMES!!! That is a rare commodity!!! Very few services will!!! So I’m glad they cover plumbing, sewer, HVAC and electrical!! Every person who has been to our new “as-is” home has been very prompt, personable, knowledgeable and fair. They always send two plumbers out (not sure if this is standard, IDTS). We had Todd, come out today to do a cleaning on our oil burner and he was here on time and as he was doing the cleaning he found stuff that needed to be replaced. As he kept going with the cleaning he found the liner in the furnace was falling apart and he stopped because any further clearing he said might just cause more problems. When asked about prices he did not guess and said he was not sure and would have to have a salesperson come out to give us an estimate. Well Todd, was cleaning his stuff up he noticed that our vent pipe to the hot water tank was not far enough away from the propane tank and made us a where of that also. Todd, was very polite and honest with every step of the way. Later in the day Jim, from sales came out to give a price for a new furnace and bathroom remodel he was also very polite and honest. We will definitely call them back to do work for us. Thank you both

I called up Rowell's today to asked about pumping my septic system. I was pleased to hear that they go above and beyond when it comes to service for the home. On top of pumping septic systems, they also offer plans to service the plumbing, broiler, electrical, and much more at a very reasonable price. The customer service is great and very professional. I am new when it comes to Rowell's and they made me feel like a million bucks. We had a toilet back up at our vacation house in Moultonborough we had nine people staying here and at 9 o’clock the toilet backed up We called 11 people know one Could help us. My wife called And they were very empathetic and said they can send somebody right over within 35 to 45 minutes to guys showed up at our door one of them was Ian and I don’t remember the other gentleman that was with him. This was a preliminary visit to get advice & a price quote to repair or replace copper water pipes that repeatedly freeze in the winter. Suggestions were given and they are working up a quote. The guys were great! And no charge to examine & discuss the problem. For me, Rowell’s offers fantastic service. They do my septic tank, heat, and hot water tank. I previous used another local heating service that was ok on fuel delivery but horrible on service and charged A LOT more money! 5 ***** for Rowell’s !

Above and beyond is the best way to explain todays experience! Eric, Erica, and Jason were friendly, kind and professional! Eric made sure all of the drains were free flowing before leaving. He and Jason explained in detail the repair that is needed and answers my questions. When I called for the appointment i spoke with Erica and she was very helpful and kind! It was great to see here out in the field training! The reason I call my experience above and beyond is because while Eric and Erica were busy inside my house working on my plumbing Jason took it upon himself to shovel some snow in areas that were unreachable by my plow. As a person who uses a power wheelchair full time home ownership and Winter time bring a unique set of challenges. Having someone like Jason just pick up a shovel and help out was incredible! I had been worried about how my oil delivery would go because of the snow, and thanks to Jason I don't have to worry about that anymore either. This trio was phenomenal they took care of the issue I was having, did not leave a mess, and made sure that I had a good understanding of the repair that needs to be done. My previous experience with rowels was not quite as positive , but this more than made up for it. I look forward to receiving the estimate to get the repairs finished in the near future. Driver's communication about the whole process was next to none. Received a text with picture of the driver with an ETA to my residence and was able to track there location to my location. Once at property introduced himself and went on his way to get the job done in a timely manner. Explained about other services the company offered and gave me final visual inspection report of how the system looked and further recommendations on our system too. Last fall we had a plumbing line, root blockage in a garage apartment. Four different plumbing companies were unable to clear the line of tree roots. Their cutters couldn’t “get around a corner in the line”. I did receive two quotes for 20’ of sewer line replacement ranging from $4,000 to $7,500 with a $400 discount if I dug the line out myself. None of these businesses even suggested installing a clean out. While on holiday Ian used the battery operated tools on hand here, some parts purchase locally, shoveled access to the line and installed a double clean-out. Clearing the line in two hours. Then neatly refilling the trench. Superior, ethical service, excellent work.
