I called Mr. Electric after other electricians recommended by friends had not returned my calls after several days. Frustrated and wanting to fix my issue, my husband and I decided to call Mr. Electric. Margaret answered the phone and initially offered some trouble shooting tips. When I said we felt best having a professional look at it, she said she could have someone come the next day. Although that's a very quick response, I was hoping for sometime that same day as it was my day off and I expressed that to her. She said, "Let me see what I can do and I'll call you back." Less than 10 minutes later, she said she had someone who could be at my house in about 20 minutes. I was thrilled. A little while later, Alan arrived and in less than an hour my electrical problem was fixed. He was professional, polite, informative and friendly. He explained that Mr. Electric prices are all preset and he gave exact estimates as he went through the job. It cost about $200 for him to diagnose the problem and replace one of our outlets and it was the best money I've spent all week! I will absolutely call Mr. Electric again in the future. Friendly, professional, helpful- they were great!

mighty fine people, right in town and they can discuss the work before they start but like to be busy too. used them many times and the electricians are all polite and very professional. As with all businesses as time went by the cost became greater but I had most work done by now and have all the old receipts to show and the fine work-I get many compliments on the neat work they did and shows off in my basement and the lighting throughout the house. Very pleased. Never a problem, always a valued investment.

Alan arrived on time and ready to get to work. As we walked through the house with my list of tasks to be completed he asked good questions an offered suggestions to resolve my electrical issues. He then prepared a written contract for the tasks to be completed with a final price for everything. One of his tasks was to supply electrical connection to the new hot tub upon delivery of the tub. After the tub arrived Alan requested and read the wiring diagrams and reconfigured the connection wires from the old hot tub to serve the requirements of the new spa.At the end of the day Alan cleaned up after his work and reviewed and demonstrated each completed task with me.
