Don came in December and created a hookup into my breaker box for my portable generator. Courteous, efficient and very user friendly. He took the time to work with me to identify breakers that I would run on the generator that were not labeled very well. Also written instructions on the breaker box were awesome.

I called Don after my previous electrician gouged me for excessive fees (billed 2 master electricians when one was not and did nothing; company would not negotiate price). I had an issue with a GFCI outlet in my camper. Don informed me up front that he'd never worked on a camper, but agreed to take a look. He arrived on time, introduced his assistant (who was learning the trade and Don had him trouble shoot everything first, appropriately so!) and found/corrected the problem in a timely manner. The price was fair; the service was excellent. My "small" problem was not too small for DST. Highly recommend!

We had Don come in to give us an estimate on a hook-up for a generator and additional electrical outlets in our lower-level. Don was wonderful, he took the time to ask questions to make sure he understood exactly what we were looking for and then took the extra time to explain the different options available for the generator hook-up. The quote for the work was extremely reasonable and within days Don and Matt were here to do the work. Not only were they efficient, polite and professional but you would have never known they were there because the work space was immaculate when they were done. I love that Don included labels and wrote down all the instructions on the electrical box for the generator hook-up as well as took the extra time to walk through all the steps with me several times just to make sure I completely understood every step and the importance of each. DST Electrical is TOP NOTCH!!!!

Really appreciate DST/Don's work ethic and helpfulness. DST installed my generator hookup, 3 years ago. We had a very small leak coming in through my breaker box during all the rain we had recently. Don came out, patched some possible leak spots, and stood behind his install of 3 years ago and didn't charge me for the service call. It's such a pleasure to work with someone with such high quality and integrity.

I am an electrical engineer and of course very detail oriented . The generator and electrical work exceeded my expectations. I usually do all my own work but after meeting with Don I felt confident in his proposal. The install was perfect. All electrical wires were routed neatly and secured correctly. The generator was mounted correctly and LEVEL( unlike many installers).The inside transfer panel was also mounted level with a neat appearance. My advice to anyone needing a backup generator would be to call Don and arrange for him to do the work. Thank you Don for an excellent job.
