Outstanding Service from the first phone call to installation. Customer service is excellent, and the estimator and electrician were knowledgeable and friendly. We used The Electric Company to hookup a hot tub and the experience all the way through was awesome. Would highly recommend.

Art was the Electrician that helped fix our electrical issue and he did an amazing. We had a problem with our lights flashing and nobody could figure out the problem. That is until I called the The Electric Company and they sent Art to the rescue. He figured out the problem within 30 minutes and had it fixed. He did a great job explaining the issue to me and outlined what he would have to do to fix it. I learned my lesson, next time I need an Electrician i will call The Electric Company.

When our issue started (a month ago) they managed to have someone come out same day, without a rush charge! They were very thorough and explained everything so we understood, but not condescending. It took a while for the parts to come in, but we don't blame them for that. Our electrician just left and I am one happy camper! They replaced our whole box with a new one with room to spare. He even trouble shooted our air conditioning unit saving us a $150 bill from HVAC! If you have an electrical issue I highly recommend the electric company!

Will came out for an electrical outage after hours on a Thursday night. He quickly located the problem and had it fixed within an hour. He was great and we appreciated him being so professional. We used Jason on a call out after hours 2 months ago and he was just as efficient. I would highly recommend The Electric Company for all of your electrical needs.

I have had Art coming to my house for a couple of years now. Art has replace every light in the house with LED lights. He has replaced ceiling fan/lights, replaced a light switch, installed seven outside lights, and updated all of my outside electrical outlets! Art is amazing! He does everything right, the first time! If you’re looking for a great electrician at a very fair price then please go to The Electric Company. You will not be disappointed. He has never been late or had to reschedule. In the pics you can see the old outside lights falling off of the wall!! And old wooden framed lights from the 80’s and the old small broken patio ceiling light. all of this and more was updated to the beautiful lights I have now!! Art is my favorite repairman!!

I like how they checked in with me while I was waiting on other bids which the Electric company blew the competition out of the water and their employees that did the work we're polite and we're willing to answer any additional questions after going over with me the work they had done!!

Overlooking A Forest

We've recommended this company to many people. They are professional and get the jobs done with a warranty as well. We live in an older home which can be difficult to have available parts for.

Superior customer service and work. I had lost power in most of my house when it was 15 degrees outside. They dispatched a technician in an hour and had the problem solved the next day. My home warranty company sent out a clueless unprofessional company that tightened a few bolts and drove away as the power went off again only to leave me without heat or water for almost two days. I highly recommend them.

Ryan and his team did an excellent job for installing recess LED lights, exhaust fans, and other electrical work at my home. He arrives on time and gets things done quickly and professionally. Ryan is friendly and enthusiastic about his work. He also provides good suggestions. His teammate Jason is also professional and friendly. I am revising my review previously posted below. My husband received a call from Brandon, the owner, yesterday morning regarding the service we received. He was apologetic and wanting to know exactly what the concern was. My husband explained in detail and shared that we are business owners ourselves and would never conduct business in such a manner. He agreed with my husband's concerns and genuinely felt dismayed. Brandon was very professional and resolved the complaint we had. Thank you Brandon for your prompt attention and understanding. We needed our new hot tub hooked up to an already existing breaker box from prior hot tub install. The first visit became more of an "estimate" as the two technicians had a challenge reading the Hot Tub manual to try and find out the model to determine the size amp breaker. We already had a 50 amp breaker installed from prior hot tub. I had to read through the manual with them to try and determine this. I feel as professionals, they should know this information. It turned out we needed a 40 amp breaker of which they did not have and I was told that they could drive "all around" trying to find one or we needed to reschedule the appointment once they found the right size breaker. Appointment was rescheduled and a different technician was sent to do the job. We were charged $504.00 for a 40 amp breaker and an hour of labor! We were told that driving time and estimate provided before the visit were part of this cost! We called the company to inquire about estimate and were told by them that estimates are "free" furthermore, we were never informed that driving time to appointments was an additional cost. We researched the breaker that was provided and we could have purchased ourselves for $80 and that is without contractor discount. So, one hour of labor cost $420? Unethical business practice.

Ryan and Vil were incredibly professional and put a lot of time and effort into making sure that all of our goals were accomplished. We will definitely use The Electric Company for any future needs.

Technician offered me $10 off my bill for a 5-star review, which I accepted. In retrospect I regret accepting this offer as I believe it's dishonest and compromises accuracy of Google reviews. I changed my rating to 3 stars. If the owner wants to contact me I will pay them back the $10 or perhaps I'll send them a check. Okay, I feel better. I think this is a business practice that they should discontinue.
