First off, when asked for a quote on Yelp, Melissa responded within minutes. She gave me all the information I needed as to approximate cost of the job, and availability. She was informative and friendly. When Eric came out to change out all the smoke detectors in the house, he was fast, efficient, proficient, friendly, reliable and the pricing was very fair. There aren't enough complementary adjectives to describe. We were very pleased with the work and will definitely use PDQ any time the need arises. We will also let other know that this is THE GO TO Electric company...don't even bother with calling anyone else. My husband and Eric also had a chuckle when he asked Eric if you could diagnose bad smoke detectors just by looking at them (which is what another company had done and charged us $137.00 for that.) The answer to that is a resounding NO WAY! Stick with the professionals like PDQ and you won't ever have to pay twice for a job like we did that PDQ can do the first time.

Shane and Sampson saved the day! We have had such terrible "electricians" cancel multiple times on us, break equipment, and cause us a great deal of money in the process of ruining a vital room in our building. Shane was responsive, Melissa was great at scheduling and it was painless with PDQ. They came in a 6am BEFORE business hours to complete the work. We had track lighting installed, and a Nest camera. We are relieved and will certainly keep PDQ as our electricians from here on out!

I had a couple of small issues with the GFI outlets at my house. Shane was able to provide super-fast service getting at my home in just a few hours. He provided excellent communication about when he was going to arrive, he did an inspection, told me the issues, the cost and repaired it. Shane’s a cool funny down to earth person.

The main breaker tripped on the electrical panel after 5:00 PM on a Friday night. We were able to restore power overnight when the breaker cooled down. We contacted PDQ on Saturday morning and Shane arrived around 11:00 AM. He repaired the bus panel and replaced the main breaker to fix our issue. He was professional, friendly and kept us informed.

shane came out and give me a fair price on wiring 7 ceiling lights. He had two of his guys come out during and do the installation. Overall the experience and installation was done professionally. I pervious had other electrician come out and try to wire 7 ceiling speakers but failed to wire 2 speakers. Shane was kind enough to look at the additional wires which needed to be ran and did me a favor and ran them with the installation of the lights. After the job was done I messaged shane over two items which were missed and he came out a few days later and took care of them. Shane is a very nice person and is one of the best contractors I have used. His years of experience has given him the insight to know what is needed to get the job done right and correct. I would highly recommend.

Shayne came out to troubleshoot an issue for me today. I had lights flickering and then half the power to my house went out. He came out within ours of contact and found the issue within minutes. He went out of his way to get the part immediately and for what was expected to be a 2 hour job on the work ended up taking him 20 minutes. The power came back on and everything is working good as new! He definetly surpassed my expectations today!
