Driver in Pacific Electric Vehicle with licence plate 787-G99 tried to run my mother off of the road today. The vehicle had no regard for other drivers. When we tried to call to file a complaint with the company the number would not go through. Please have your drivers take more caution when driving company vehicles. Driver flipped her off and showed no remorse for incident. We will be filing a report of this incident.

Pacific Electric was able to schedule my job within 2 days of when I called for service. They sent Jeremy Franklin who actually showed up early. He was able to advise us on what was best for what we wanted done and even explained why one of our ideas wouldn't work. He took out old fluorescent tube lights in the kitchen and replaced them with can lights and replaced both of the bathroom vent fans. He was quick and efficient and the work was very well done.

My Home Warranty AHS dispatched Pacific Electric. This company is awesome. They reached out first thing in the morning next day. Tech came out 24 hours later - Larry is AWESOME - super knowledgeable and took care of everything quickly. The last electrical company AHS sent me was Ideal Services and they were a dumpster fire. Mike came out to our rental property to repair sime lights. He was able to coordinate with our tenant and worked around their schedule. Mike repaired the fluorescent lighting inside of the laundry room, garage and kitchen. He also wrote up a thorough report on some items that should be addressed, but said they could be taken care of at a later date. Being out of town, I really appreciate Pacific Electric working directly with our tenant, and not trying to push additional work or "up-sell" me. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Pacific electric is on my speed dial!

Sunday afternoon on Father's Day; I called the office number and expected a wait for the "on-call" guy to get back with me. Less than 2 minutes later, Larry was on the phone listening to my electrical issue. He left a BBQ to help and was here in less than the time he quoted. Trouble shot the problem to a bad ground and literally found the wires melting an outlet in my dining room. His quick work probably saved my house from burning down. Outstanding work ethic and expertise. Total cost was about half of what I expected too. An excellent experience and impressive service. Thank you Larry and Pacific Electric.
