THIS COMPANY WAS CONTRACTED THROUGH HOME WARRANTY.....CAME TO FIX AN OUTLET BROKE IT AND THEN JIMMY RIGGED IT.....WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN MARY &^%* IN CHARGE TOLD ME THAT I MUST HAVE SONE IT AND MUST HAVE KICKED THE PLUG IN AND BROKE IT !!! SHAME ON YOU TO BLAME THE CONSUMER ....HMMMM THE WRATH OF SOCIAL MEDIA.......CHECK YELP, TWITTER, FACEBOOK ETC.... BEWARE DONT USE THEM

Terrible company was contracted through home warranty.Came to fix outlet said outlet did not need to be repaired took only five minutes charge a fee for no service. Really the worse experience ever the company is TERRIBLE.

IF I COULD GIVE A LESSER SCORE I WOULD. A TECH CAME OUT TO REPLACE OUR POOL HEATER SENSOR. THE TECH LEFT THE CABLE DISCONNECTED, SCREWS AND GROUND CABLE WAS MISSING AND JUST LEFT EVERYTHING IN SHAMBLES. WHEN WE CALLED TO GET SOMEONE TO COME BACK TO CORRECT THE WRONG THAT WAS DONE, WE DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE. THEY'VE FAILED TO RETURN ANY OF OUR PHONE CALLS. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB ASAP. !
