After learning that r22 would no longer going to be used after the 1st of Jan 2020 and we had just had to have some put into our 14 year a.c., we decided to take action and replace both our a.c. And furnace now. Just from word of mouth and a little computer time, we contacted Steve at Bryant and scheduled a visit for him to give us a bid. Boy, was he ever informative! I think by the time he got through answering all our questions and telling us all about everything, it really made my wife and I very comfortable in having Bryant installing a new a.c. and furnace for us. Within a few days they were out and started installing. Every one of the men that were out here were super nice, made sure our carpet and everything were protected. They were all very informative on what they were doing and why. My wife said to quit bothering them, but it was neat to see how well they worked together. We couldn't be happier with the performance of both units at this time, even tho it hasn't been very long. We can actually tell the difference in how much more comfortable we are compared with our old units, and are looking forwards to cheaper cooling and heating bills. Thanks guys, Lynn and Joyce

Coming home late afternoon on Tuesday, I noticed the house was warm and no air movement...no AC!!! My thermostat didn't respond. I called Bryant's answering service; then, Wednesday morning, early, I got a call from Bryant saying arrangements are being made to send someone out. She called again at about 11:30 and said a tech would be at my house after lunch. He was here at 12:30. My thermostat was shot! Fewer than 24 hours, the house began cooling. We had to take them off a bathroom remodel project, which ended up costing more than originally discussed, because of several poor installation issues. They left a considerable amount of general damage to the house too, and would have agreed to fix it, but I didn't want them back in the house at that point. After negotiation, they took some money off the bill, but not an amount that made sense to us given previous discussions, but we just wanted it all over with at that point. Previously, an HVAC system they installed didn't pass inspection by city at first for safety issues but they corrected the issues. They did ok on basic plumbing issues like a garbage disposal installation.

Showed up early and followed up with emailed estimate ahead of when they said they would. I liked that I could go to one company for ventilation and electrical work. At 5:30 on a Sunday morning, after finishing a load of laundry, I discovered three inches of water on the bathroom floor; toilet had run over and 5 inches of disgusting water was backed up in my bath tub. Called Bryant since I was a long time customer. Dispatch answered immediately, put me through to Morgan (plumber on call). By 6:15 Morgan was snaking out the sewer with a great attitude and work ethic. Yes, I paid overtime but the service was so worth it. Would recommend Bryant in a nanosecond..

2 mechanics with electrician came and in one day removed my old system and installed the new Furnace + A/C. Later a specialist came and tweaked, measured + configured the new system. He demo also the new WI-FI thermostat. The guys were very friendly and did a great job! Everything works and we are happy to report that it is comfortable in our house again! Lets hope that we will save some $$$ cooling and heating our house. The old A/C cost about $100 in summer and we did not have every day a hot day. Lets hope this system cuts it in half or better!

Kyle came out on 7-18 at the start of the hottest days of this summer to service our AC. After wrecking my recently installed furnace filter and failing to hose down the outside unit, even when our garden hose was available nearby, he said we needed a new AC unit and suggested replacing the fairly old furnace at the same time. He left the non-working unit turned on, thus wasting electricity. Bryant's $110 fee was money wasted. Chad came out to look at the situation and emailed a bid, along with detailed information concerning specs on both units. We decided to obtain two additional bids for the work. One said that since the AC unit could not take a charge of additional freon that the problem might be the TSC part. They replaced the part and we have cool air again. Granted that we need a new AC in the near future, it will not be during the rush season in the middle of a heat wave, we will not have you do the work. We can not refer your company to anyone, except possibly the BBB. MLB

Discovered furnace not working late in the afternoon when we got home on one of the very cold days experienced first week of January 2018. They had a service man out to our house within a couple of hours. He found the problem - bad igniter - and had furnace up and running within an hour or so. Very friendly and competent technician. Really thankful as our house would have been extremely cold by the next morning. Have been using Bryant for the 17 years we have been in Lincoln and always happy with their work.

Bryant just finished up installing my new heating and air system. There was a lot of work to be done including ductwork, electrical and moving our water heater, which required coordination of their different departments to perform the work I wanted done. The heating and air guys did a great job with the ductwork and install. The electrical and plumbing work also looks great! Everyone cleaned up after themselves and even had treats for our dog to make him feel at easy having various people in the home.

We've had Bryant repair our HVAC for 18 years in our house and we've been very satisfied. They oftentimes have been able to stop by later in the day if I call in the morning for the initial diagnostic, and are usually able to fix it that day or within a day or two if parts are needed to be ordered. Every department (customer service, parts, technicians) have been extremely friendly and seem genuine. I can't say for sure if a new system installation from them would be cheaper than others but their repair service is outstanding.

Boiler System Work Was EXCELLENT!!! I have an old boiler so I needed an EXPERT! After 4 different visits by a competitor, Bryant arrived the same day that I called early in the morning and gave me answers as to why the valve was not working, replaced an electric unit on the boiler, root-rootered the slow drain, and FIXED the valve that was not working all in a couple of hours! I will be using Bryant from now on!

We had several bids for replacing our heater and air conditioner. Bryant was the only one that even approached a Manual J load calculation. As a consequence their bid included smaller capacity devices which operate more constantly, providing a much better heating and cooling experience as well as a lower cost. The installation was professional and an additional person checked their installer's work and carefully explained the operation of our new thermostat. If we need maintenance work or replacement down the road, we'll use Bryant again.

Overall service was very good. I checked something near the furnace the other day and found th drain hose from the humidifier had fallen off and was draining at the base of the furnace. The service man had changed the medium in the humidifier during th service call. I have reattached the hose and everything is fine.

Have always got 20+ years out of Bryant products. 21 yrs. out of last unit. Wasn't shot but just time to update with the old freon being eliminated soon. With the efficiency and technology nowadays a huge plus alone. The smart thermostat is fantastic. Am hoping to notice a difference with the 2 stage gas furnace and AC. The water heater has already improved the hot water supply to shower heads and faucets. Friendly, courteous and professional service thru all aspects of the process. Will RECOMMEND to all who ask.

We purchased our heat pump, electric furnace new from Bryant in 2013. We have had various problems since that time. Bryant's service people were polite, however, by their own admission some of them were not familiar with the electronics which control the system. Last time they were here we were told we needed to replace a $600.00 electronic component with an additional $150.00 to install. This occurred in early summer. We did not have the component replaced and our system is working fine. I conclude from this, at best, the technician erred in his evaluation of the seriousness of the problem. My spouse and I no longer feel that we can rely on Bryant to service our system.

First technician acted as though he did not he was doing and did not have the necessary part. I requested a new technician to bring part and install it. He did so but kept telling me that there might be a crack in the heat exchange which would let carbon monoxide into the house. I had this threat in my other house and it proved to be a scam after two previous false reports. That house sold as is and passed inspection upon sale. I don't have faith in Bryant after that. They came right away after my service request but the talk about the cracked heat exchange, the oldest scam in the book, caused me to lose faith in them. Part price and installation seemed high also. I don't plan on calling them again.

Had maintenance performed on the AC unit. They checked the Freon, checked to make sure it ran, and left, charging me 130 dollars for about 20 minutes work. The coil wasn't cleaned, and the discharge hose from the AC was still plugged up when they left. Bad service, crabby customer service person, and poor performance. They need a wake up call on how to do business. Bob wouldn't have ran it this way.

Bryant services our heating and cooling units twice a year. They do a thorough job. Too bad you are not rated higher on the annual review that comes out every year in the newspaper. You need to check and see what the first place company does better and work on improving for this coming year.

Everyone we have worked with as been great, Kieth sold us the heat pump, worked with us to plan interior details for the duct installation. Scott Johnson did a great job of duct and equipment installation. Derek has been great to work with on the plumbing side, his installers, Wes and David are A-1, very helpful and had good ideas to make our new home even better. Main line was clogged with tree roots. Bryant came out same day, within hours. Evan was my tech, and he was a delight to work with. Answered my questions upfront and told me exactly what he was going to do to fix my plumbing issues. Evan exceeded my expectations as did Bryant. My water heater is due for replacement, and I will be calling Bryant and requesting Evan do this job as well!

I'd speak to their service but they never showed up or even answered their phone until 7am after being called by the emergency line at my apartment complex for 3 hrs. Thankfully the complex has a maintenance guy willing to do his job and he had it fixed once he finally got in for the morning at 8. 30 minute job. Bryant refused to even answer their phones or call me once they were gotten a hold of. Company is a joke.
