I could not be happier with their services!!!! I contacted them to have some light fixtures switched out in a home that I had purchased. With their prompt service and incredibly reasonable rates, I ended up installing new chandeliers, recessed lights and a new dryer hook up. Almost every room in my home has now been worked on by them and I cannot find a fault. They are clean and punctual. Projects that I thought would create some kind of mess were completed with almost no dust or refuse at all. Sometimes I actually thought they had yet to arrive, only to discover the work completed and perfect. Flat rate pricing and accurate estimates made every step of the renovation easier than I ever thought possible.

They came out very quickly & the receptionists were very nice. Outside of that, they misdiagnosed my problem completely (how can you diagnose a meter service without opening it?). I played phone tag all day the next day to get a quote only to be told they couldn't service my home until almost a week later. The electrician that I called instead diagnosed the problem CORRECTLY within minutes and was OUTRAGED that they wanted me to wait 6 days, as the problem was an immediate fire hazard. Never again.

Last week, I came home to find my pool wasn't running. I couldn't get the power back on so I called my pool company and they recommended Loughlin Electric. They came to my house the same day to evaluate the problem. It turned out that the breaker box was outdated and there were frayed wires. It could have been a lot worse than the power shutting off. The next day, they arrived first thing in the morning (in the pouring rain no less) to make all the repairs and get the pool up and running safely. I'm extremely happy with their service. They were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and they made sure I had all the information about the work that was done. Thank you so much!
