This was the second time we’ve hired JB Pride and again James was fantastic! He assessed all of the outlets we wanted to replace and some meter readings for a thermostat in our bathroom and gave us a really reasonable quote. Crew came out, got a quote, said they could install next day, end of week, or early next week; I chose next day. Got a call early next day saying they were short staffed and that they actually can't make it to my house for another 4 weeks!!! This was a super simple job, supposed to take 2 hours. Would absolutely never recommend this place. I don't know how you survive as a business with these practices. WOW.
