I only write reviews when I have a either a really good or a really bad experience. This is the former. J has done several projects for me, all of which were 5 star jobs. He installed a ceiling fan fixture in one bedroom, an outlet for our stacked washer and dryer in the kitchen, as well as electrical baseboard heating in all 3 bedrooms in the attic. After one of the baseboard heaters stopped working one night, J came by the very next morning to fix it. He is always extremely polite, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Jason is a very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He is passionate about what he does and it clearly shows. I highly recommend working with j Brown Electric. Very professional, friendly, and with fair prices. J brown really went of their way to make things safe, work, and look good. Very mindful of not making unnecessary damage. My guy went all the way to Home Depot to get just the right fixtures. I already used J Brown Electric three times now. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

It was about 11 pm and the power had just gone out, I called a few places with no response but Jason answered right away and arrived within the hour. He restored the power and even relit the furnace for me. Since then I've had them do all of the electrical work on my home, they always give me pricing options with top quality workmanship. Have and will continue to recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.

Jason is a knowledgable and honest electrician, unlike many contractors out there. They will tell you that you need more work done than needed or charge you an arm and a leg just to make an extra buck, especially if you don't really know what you are looking at. Not Jason. He is always fair with his pricing, courteous and respectful, very knowledgable, AND HE EVEN CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF!! He is always willing to work with you on the price, while at the same time educating and informing you on what he is doing and why it needs to be done for safety reasons and currect electeical code standards. He also gives as many discounts as he can to senior citizens as well as active military/veterans since he was a marine himself. He can do everything from changing your outlets or installing a new light fixture all the way up to emergence panel services for power outtages due to weather or other accidents. This man knows what he is dojng and i am always satisfied with his work which is why i continue to use him for jobs not matter how big or small.

Very dishonest. Quoted me an outrageous price for work and then lied about what work had to be done. I got a second opinion from another electrician and it ended up saving me $2000. Beware of these guys. Very shady people. They will say you need work that you don’t need and try to charge you outrageous prices.
