I had the complete opposite experience. German, while very professional during the walk through was anything other than that throughout service. He had to come back 2 times in 1 week to fix the work he messed up. It was a terrible experience, then 2 months later all of my lights are flickering. I have called and emailed him several times with no response. I wouldn't be surprised if he is out of business. I called another electrician today and they were very prompt, and fixed all my issues that they assured me was from his work. $350 I won't lose power now. I find it weird that you say you were out of state when I tried contacting you for a few weeks by phone and email. You came back to fix my HVAC unit because you admitted your apprentice only plugged in the unit part way. Never the less I don't need you to reimburse me. I just wished you got back to me in less time then 7 months.

Linares Electric responded to a request for service due to a dishwasher not functioning. The electrician said I may not have to come out, let me walk you through a possible solution. He was correct problem solved, when another electrician wanted to charge $195 for a house call to solve the problem. I would highly recommend calling Linares for your electrician needs. Extremely satisfied customer!

I've recently had various electrical issues in my over 100 year old house. I contacted German and Linares Electric for those issues. German was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, dealing with the issues quickly and efficiently, while keeping us updated during the entire experience. There was a large amount of work to do and German and Carlos worked well together and took care of it all in a timely manner, and were quite neat in doing so. I would definitely use German and Linares Electric for any other electrical work we need, as well as highly recommending him to anyone needing excellent electrical work.

The photos Herman has posted here on his website are of my house, and the work he did there. While I would say he did a fine job on the project while it was happening, I cannot warn you enough that he is not to be trusted. Once the work is done and there is some sort of problem, he is nowhere to be found. He never paid the permit on our project with the town (which was specifically part of our written contract with him that he pay the permit) which we didn't find out until we went to go sell our house. Called him everyday over the span of MONTHS with him pretending the call got cut out, pretended he couldn't hear us, etc. We had to call him from many different phone numbers and basically harass him in order to get him to pay our permit. No amount of good work is worth the headache that comes with working with him and the corners that he cuts. He offers a guarantee on his work, but good luck ever getting in touch with him once the work is done to get him to assist with anything at all.
