Chris came out to take a look at the wiring I had done when we finished part of our basement. We are in the process of selling the home now and the buyers wanted to make sure everything was safe, up to code and working properly. Chris went outlet by outlet, switch by switch, circuit by circuit and checked everything out, making comments and suggestions along way which clearly demonstrate his high level of expertise and he did so without the expected judgement (i.e. "you should have hired a professional to do this"). He was great about explaining why certain things should have been done a little bit differently and ultimately helped me get everything up to current code. He and his secretary were great about communication and I would highly recommend Deao Electric based on this interaction. Thanks!!

Deao electric single handedly pulled our renovation project out of the ditch and got us to a finish line that never would have happened with the previous electricians and we had a GC that showed very little ability or promise to do for us. We’ve had a nightmare experience in the renovation of our home- in large part due to a prior electrician that abandoned the job. We found Chris Deao and his team through a referral- thank GOD. The urgency, communication, COMMITMENT and high quality of Chris and his team was at play every day as his team had to RE DO incorrect work and get us back on track. We cannot speak highly enough about this team and their work and encourage everyone to START with them to avoid the pitfalls of other sub contractors. Thank you Deao for caring about helping us- when no one else would!

Nice guy and he got the job done, but the price was outrageous. He charged me as if he had had to get out of bed in the middle of the night. Something like $400 an hour. That's highway robbery. I won't be calling him back, that's for sure.
