Great experience. I called on a monday and described an issue (intermittently dimming lights). Bill Hyman called me back, asked some questions and gave a couple of theories about the cause, but was fairly convinced just from our conversation that I had a seized attic fan. He sent out a pair of electricians on Thursday who did troubleshooting of the issue, and identified that Bill's initial suspicion was in fact correct.

I called Bill in the afternoon and he had his crew here before noon the next day to install a new electrical outlet. Bill was in communication with me via text message to let me know when the team would arrive. When Jeremy and Vinny arrived they promptly put on shoe covers and were quite friendly. Once they assessed the project they got right to work and quickly finished. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the Bill and his crew. I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone else looking an electrical job use them.

These guys are great. From the moment we submitted the request for quote, Mr. Hyman followed up. I sent him pictures to his mobile phone and he gave me a quote. We were able to schedule the appointment the next week. When one suggested time did not work, Mr. Hyman worked around my schedule. On the day of, I received a message that the technician would be here in approximately 45 minutes. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and very professional. It was a very nasty, rainy day so he wore shoe covers every time he came in the house from outside. The work took about 3-3.5 hours and they did an amazing job of avoiding having to tear out much drywall. In fact, Jeremy (the technician) cut the drywall so cleanly that he was able to put the pieces back into the wall where they are just awaiting a minor job of cleaning up the drywall. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. They're prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and considerate. They also have pride in their work. You don't see that much around this city.

Bill is a LIFESAVER! I cannot say enough good things about Bill and his team. I hired William G. Hyman Electrical to install a ceiling fan and for a few other things throughout the house. Through the process Bill was able to identify a serious issue with my home ( unfortunately I am unable to disclose). Bill is incredibly responsive and will thoroughly explain the work that needs to be completed in terms that are easily understood by a layman. I was so impressed that I suggested that Bill should host his own radio show on NPR. They have a customer for life in me!

We had a bunch of small and medium sized jobs around the house, and they attended to every last one of them. They also fixed some weird wiring decisions made by a previous contractor. Bill Hyman and his crew helped us immensely. We had a bad neutral wire and his crew came and fixed the issue along with reinstalling an outlet and making sure everything was good. They came out on quickly and the cost was fair. Highly recommend for electrical work.

Almost too good to be true. Having electrical problems is no fun but my experience with Bill Hyman and the electrician who came to my house was wonderful. Bill gave me candid advice and referred me to another electrician who specializes in the work I need to have done. The person who came to my home was professional and courteous. I hope I don't have more electrical problems, but if I do, I will call Bill again.

I had a contractor put in a GF socket and a light for my deck he did a poor job that was not up to county code. He left an open permit with no inspections on my home. Tried to get another electrician to fix and complete the job. Over 3 weeks I tried engaging five different companies that would not call me back or would not event come out to give me an estimate. Then I found Hayman Electric on the BBB web site. I got then on the phone and they helped me out right away. Alan (sp?) was at my home 8:30 the next morning, checked things out, gave me a quote I agreed to and completed the work that day. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help. Mr. Hayman walked me through setting up the inspection to final my permit. I would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done on their home without any reservations. I’m very thankful for all their help.
