I called Weissman Electric about some baseboard heaters that were not working properly. The electrician came out to look at the problem, he explained that only an HVAC company could help us fix the problem. I was perplexed by his solution, because electricians normally work on high-voltage. Not HVAC companies. I highly recommend using another electrical service provider because the next company I called "Voltmann Electric" found a solution immediately and now the baseboard heaters are functioning properly. Save yourself some money, time, and aggrevation. Do not use Weissman Electric unless you want to throw money out the window.

A+ service and competence. Hired them to install a standby generator. From consultations to installation, absolutely professional and very competent. Follow-up questions by me were addressed immediately and usually with a short notice visit. Can't say enough how impressed I've been.

First and foremost they were on time. On time being between the 4 hour window they originally gave. Understandable. Mike, our service technician got our bathroom light fixed, however the face plate of the light remains slightly off the wall. The other things in the basement including mounting and blanking a box, as well as cleaning up some wires in regards to an old doorbell were done promptly. However, when working in the attic our technician accidentally pushed down to hard and now one of the recessed lights in our kitchen ceiling had broken through the dry wall. They did give a $70 discount on the 3 hours of labor they charged.The cost was originally 1st hour $130, each additional 30 minutes was $60, making a grand total of $370. Because of the inconvenience it has caused and do to the work being on a Friday, they agreed to send someone out again in a 4 hour window to resolve the issue. Overall this is unacceptable and why I'm giving Weisman Electric 5 stars!

Nearly a year ago this company installed our whole house stand by generator with very good service. Since then it has all gone down hill. I had an appointment for today at 8am to have a check up. It is now 855 and they have NOT showed up , nor have they called. We are very disappointed in this service.

They might not be as cheap as other companies but you can be sure the job will be done right. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. They should probably take the words "surrounding areas" out of the description of who they will service. The employee who was sent to my house complained the whole time that he could have done three jobs in Fort Wayne in the amount of time it took to drive to my house. He worked on my dryer and said it worked. The next day I go to use it and it didn't work. I called and they said they would not come back out.

Highly recommended!! I had them install an automatic backup generator and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. Great communication from the office. I mentioned to one of the guys that I would like some under cabinet lights, so he came in and took a look. He even made a recommendation about which lights would work/look best and even showed me some pictures of ABOVE cabinet lights they have done. They came back at a later date and installed both under and above cabinet lights and they LOOK GREAT! Very clean and professional outfit here
