I have used Universal Electrical for several small, in home electrical projects. Randy was always prompt and professional in his phone and texts responses. The quotes were affordable and within range of other electrical contractors. Randy showed up on time and completed the assigned duties. He was patient and courteous when answering my questions and concerns. After completing the projects, he would always follow up to find out how things were going. This was proven to be true! Installed 2 dusk-to-dawn motion sensor security lights outside our home, and Randy's work ethic is friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and highly experienced. When spending your hard-earned money, it's hard to know who you can trust... well, Randy is certainly trust-worthy and I would recommend his services to anyone in need, and looking to have the job done right the first time, without having to empty your savings. I was willing to give him more than he charged, due to the quality of work, and Randy's availability and willingness on such short notice (2.5 hours...).

After spending the past several days contacting several area electrical companies, those that could come out either gave unreasonable quotes or could not come out until later in the week. My project: the removal of a ceiling fan and hanging a chandelier. Fortunately I continued my search and found Universal Electrical. I called and an electrician was at my home within an hour. I will take my business to a Professional company rather then give them business. Will NOT recommend as they are unprofessional. It takes nothing to pick phone up and say I need to reschedule.
