Following their service to rewire my home's electrical panel, one of the breakers continued to break on a daily basis. I called and asked if fixing this issue would be under warranty of the original service and they said that they would have to inspect the cause. They came out and fixed a ceiling fan that previously functioned without issue and left without mentioning any cost. I assumed the work was covered under the warranty and was very happy.
At least a month later, I get an invoice in the mail. I call them to ask more detail, they update the invoice and email it to me. I send payment, but am now a bit grumpy. Two more times, I call them about broken breakers and they send someone out to fix it. The technician says nothing about payment or cost. This week, I get a call about an unpaid invoice, probably for one of those other calls because they kept having to come out to fix the original job, but why does the technician not mention payment prior to service? Why send invoices MONTHS after service or not at all and just call about it months later? Its the very strangest thing.
For their strange invoicing practices and the continued failures of the electrical panel that they rewired, I must give them 1 star. Its unfortunate because the technicians are very nice and the owner is actually quite nice.
