Terrible Company! I hired them to have a leaking pipe fixed in my backyard on June 8th, 2018. After hours of work the leak was not fixed and water continued dripping from the pipe. The man told me they will return. I contacted them several times and asked them to come back. No one showed up or called us back while water continued leaking. I had to hire another plumbing company. On June 14th the new company fixed the leak. Tristate billed me eventhough I told them another company fixed the leak. Now they are taking me to court claiming that I owe them money. I'll be seeing them in court. They should be ashamed for lying that they fixed the problem.

He came to my home to give me an estimate on installing a special outlet in my garage to charge my new electric car and made a great suggestion as to where to put it. His idea saved me several hundred dollars compared to other electricians because it was much closer to the electrical box than the other suggestions. I gave the project to him because he was innovative and saved me money. When he did the installation, he was quick, clean and professional. You have a gem in Drew! I will use your services again.

Tri State was the company that our builder used when we built our house and we never had any problems with our AC for 6 years. When we decided to finish our basement, our contractor used a different HVAC company and we had multiple issues with our AC for over a year afterwards. One evening at 9pm when I was changing the air filter it got sucked into the furnace and started making a crazy noise. I called Tri State in a panic because their number was on a sticker on the furnace. Their after-hours person for that evening, Rob, called me back and reassured me that everything was ok and that someone would call me in the morning to check on it again...which they did! I was so surprised. The rep who called in the morning helped me to get an appointment set up for someone to check our AC and we ended up getting Rob, the person I spoke to during the evening emergency. He was very knowledgeable, professional, AND called me when he was on his way to my house so that I could plan my schedule accordingly. He got the issues fixed, answered my husband's questions about a wifi thermostat and we now have our AC functioning as well as it did before the other company caused problems. I also found out through Rob that Tri -State does plumbing and that the company my builder used for our plumbing has now merged with Tri -State. Needless to say, from now on when I have AC or plumbing issues, I'm not wasting any time researching anyone else. I'll just call Tri-State.

We moved last year and replaced 4 toilets a hot water heater and had a clogged drain.... Tri-State is reliable in timing and do a very professional. They complete the job on time and within the estimate. Great service. Had them back because our sump pump wasn't working. They came the same day and replaced it in less than 2 hours. GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW AND THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR SERVICE!!!! a little history, spring maintenance was not completed until july 19, at the time a part was found to be not operating properly and needed to be replaced at the time of the normal service call. because it was very high, i asked to speak with billing to see if there was anything that could be done to lower the cost since the tech was already there. i was advised NOT. so after i paid, i again wrote the company about my displeasure. I ave just talked to Josh at the office and he advised they are NOT LONGER GONG TO SERVICE my account because I posted a bad 3 star review. (but had not put in any comments because i was giving them a chance to respond to me) No one has reached out to me since July.

I am a homebuilder . Had them install three systems in three different houses for me . Every single one of them has been problems. Had to have a Lennox representative flown out to fix their mistakes in one home. Latest update .... had a coil go out in a unit (known problem, search Lennox coil class action suit). Thought they had registered the warranty, like my good HVAC contractor used to do , but they didn’t . Lennox offers a five-year standard warranty. If your contractor registers the unit, it will be 10 years . Ended up costing me over $700 due to their failure. Steer clear of these guys . An air-conditioning will system last for over a decade and the problems that this company will create for you will last that long too. They will certainly post a ridiculous and defensive rebuttal but I have no motivation here but to warn others and share my huge mistake hoping others won’t make the same.

We had bought our house 2 1/2 years ago, that had a heat pump installed prior to purchase. We had limited paperwork for the unit, but Megan was able to locate the company that installed the unit and the manufacturer and was able to get the parts covered under warranty. The labor estimate was considerably less than the estimate provided by a competitor. Work was performed quickly and professionally. Very happy with the service and will be using TriState from now on. I made an appointment to have a handiman come and give me an estimate to do work. I had to re-scrdual the original appointment due to a sick child. I re-scedualed but when I called they had no record if our conversation and told me it would be 4 more weeks before I could even get an estimate. I have been delighted with their electrical and heating and cooling work but I advise staying away from their handiman work.

It's always a crumby feeling when you turn your ac on and your house gets warmer instead of cooler, but TriState made the process and quick and simple one. My schedule was relatively free, and they were able to dispatch a technician out to my house next-day with a 1-5pm window. I received a call from the technician about a half-hour before he was due to show up, and he was right on-time based on his over-the-phone estimate. From my time working on cars I have some knowledge of how ac systems operate, and the technician's approach to diagnostics was direct and speedy. The problem was discovered after only about 20 minutes, the failed part was available from his truck (2 varieties actually with different warranty periods), and the repair was completed within about 40 minutes. We even had a bit of time to discuss Ford Mustangs, which both the technician and I appreciate deeply. I had a coupon to cover the charge of coming out to the house so all I had to pay for was the part and labor to install. I'll definitely call TriState again if I have any issues with my system in the future!

I called TriState for service on my 20 plus year old furnace. The Service Tech called and informed me he could come early if I was available. He diagnosed the problem, gave me my options considering the age of the furnace, and was able to do the repair in one visit. He didn't try to upsell me anything but simply explained my situation and what the repair would do for now and the future. The cost of the repair was explained to me part by part so I was aware of how much it would cost. All in all I am very happy with the service I received and will use them again in the future.

As usual I had excellent service from TriState when they installed my new Air Conditioning System. When the work was scheduled I was given a window of 8 - 10 a.m. and the service men arrived at 8:05. They were very courteous and respectful of me and my house. They put down covering to protect my carpet and put protective covers on their shoes while in the house. Upon finishing they cleaned up and made sure the area in which they worked was like they found it. They explained my system and answered all questions that I had. The staff that come to your home are great. They are very professional and know their systems. The staff in the office that answer calls are good. The main issue I had recently is lack of communication within TriState. During my winter check up the technician discovered an issue with blower or control board. The technician made a report and also called into the office to report his findings. I waited and did not anything for about two weeks. So I called in and they sent out another technician who came out and verified the blower was defective. He reported and said they would be in contact. Another week pasted and I called in and got passed over to parts department where I left a message. The next day when he called back he informed me that my message was the first he heard of me needing a blower. He got the part and a technician came and installed the blower. System appears to be functioning properly now. Major issue is lack of communication within TriState and them not flowing through with resolving issues.

Thorough, clean, knowledgeable...I've had 3 different guys come in to look at electrical, heating, and ac and all 3 were just top notch. Most recently was Nick from the HVAC group. Dude knew his stuff. Extremely friendly, helped me understand my system, gave great advice, and even walked me through basic troubleshooting on the phone to make sure everything was good to go. If I had a "give this person a raise" button, I'd be pushing it over and over for these guys.
