Great experience with Tag Electric! The estimate was quick, thorough and easy to schedule. They gave us estimates for multiple phases of work. The work they performed was scheduled quickly and the guys were professional and courteous. We will be scheduling more work with them soon!

I really don't know what's up with this company. When you call you get redirected to an outsourced customer service number. When you ask the customer service person for the contact information of someone at the company they say they don't have it because they "communicate with Tag Electric via fax" (LOL). When you ask for the fax number they won't give it to you "because my supervisor said not to". This company operates exactly like the Israeli locksmith scammers (google it).

We had them come in to remove some old knob and tube. It was more work than we thought but they worked really hard at it. Really good communication and answered my electrical questions. Still had a sense of humor after 8 hours.
