I paid to have this company service my home through a home warranty service. I am assuming it is a one-man team. The person never answers the phone during operating hours and now the voicemail box is full. Very unprofessional.

If I could I give a negative 0 or less. The other postings I agree with. One man team and you have to call everyday for someone to get on the phone. Technician is LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL, like he has a problem working or doing the job. So glad now another person stated what I been saying all the time WIRE issues. Anyone with common sense could see that, but I guess a technician did not learn that in school. Will NOT be using Queen again. If you are a Tenant then you can forget it when it comes to honesty. They will side with the landlord, customer or owner when there are problems with the home. Now that I see the previous complaints owners will only go through their home warranty insurance and not pay to fix the issues. BEWARE TENANTS!!!!

After reading the reviews, I went against my better judgement and tried them out anyway. They where half the price of Kolb elec. and they where on time, professional and had my power back on in less than an hour. I tried to go through ahs,but they refused to pay,so I paid out of pocket. I would definitely use them again.

Was linked with Queen electrical from American Home Shield. They came to my home for my circuit breakers being extremely hot. So the tech explained to me the obvious and that it was "Over-Amped" with a potential fire hazard. He turns off the breaker and says "you need a panel replacement from improper wiring and to put preassue on AHS"all during a 95 degree 10+ day heatwave. I call AHS in the morning to get status update and pressure them for the repair. Red Flag #1 why should I have to call AHS to pressure them when you're the vendor they referred in the first place. Long story short the tech was very professional however his diagnosed issue was very delayed and misleading to AHS causing a major time lapse in communication between the two parties. I write this because Iv'e been burned by these "warranty" companies before.That said please research companies before you shell out money for band-aid corrections not solutions to fix the problem. I would ask for another vendor is referred by AHS!!!!!!!

Excellent service. The technicians were in and out. They came in ad completed a diagnosis; ordered the parts, within about 8 days, I had new appliances with no issues. Prompt and professional . I definitely recommend.

The first tech who did my initial assessment was professional but every encounter after that was absolutely terrible. When they came to do my doorbell install the tech called me out to show me how to use it. Apparently, it won't work unless you hold it down for SEVERAL seconds (really??) Call me unreasonable but I want a doorbell that rings when you press it. I had them uninstall it and requested a working doorbell. I called the front office and got the nastiest customer service rep I've ever experienced. After giving me a tutorial on how to use a doorbell (my blood still boils at that one) he essentially called me a liar and said that it worked fine. He found it acceptable and would call AHS to tell "his side." A. Are we in 8th grade? B. Why are we going through this over a doorbell? The nastiness and pettiness really isn't worth it. Save your time and your blood pressure and go somewhere else.

Just yesterday they told me my appointment time and today it's a different time. After reading other posts I see why the guy said he will call AHS. I don't care, my husband will get rid of AHS too. We took off our jobs for nothing.
