Brian and his crew did a great job installing recessed lighting cans and switches in two rooms of our home. They were fast, clean, and thorough. The company was easy to work with throughout the entire process. They were easy to get a hold of and maintained communication throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were quickly answered. We were very impressed with the final product and were pleased with the work that was done. This is at least the second time we've had Powered Perfect out to do work, and I would definitely have them come out again.

Between my office and family Powered Perfect has installed and services 6 generators. Every thing went great and the company is always easy to work with whenever we need and electrician.

Mr. Nobody

I’ve been waiting to give a review on this company because I wanted to give them time to contact me in person, but no one has gotten back to me on the completion of the work they are in the middle of. It’s hard to know where to start when you are dealing with a company that treats it’s “customers” with such disregard. To begin, we are having an addition converted to a garage with a few electrical changes. The contractor I am using recommended Nate (the owner) and his company to do the job. I trusted my contractor to point me to a reliable electrician because I do not know of many in this area (knew a few where I used to live but they would not make the trip due to distance). Nate came out and walked the job site, telling me at the time, that a job of this scope would take a day to a day and a half tops. The electricians who would be performing the service showed up, same day, between 9:30 am and 10:00 am (not sure of exact minute). They began working and completed their day at approximately 3:00 pm (being generous since it was more like 2:30 pm) but I’ll be even more generous and say they stopped at 3:30 pm. That comes to a total of 6 hours (9:30-3:30). The crew returned the next day and I was told by the carpenters on site that they repeated this time schedule on that day (another 6 hrs.). When I arrived home that evening I decided to check their work (I am a plumber and have been in, one form or another, construction for almost twenty years) and was shocked by the lack of craftsmanship in the work that was done. Two switched and two outlets were not in the place that were discussed and an outdoor GFI outlet was run as if an amateur had done it ( I had to rerun GFI because they had run the wiring on the OUTSIDE of the band board and up the side of house. With siding being done the following day it needed to completed). I notified Nate and he sent the crew to return to repaired the mistakes they had made (not exactly sure how many hours on that day). I returned home and was satisfied with what had been done until I received the invoice, over three thousand dollars (and that was just the rough in price!!!! Trimming out was not included), twenty seven hours hours of labor at $127/hr. and a little over $450 in materials. Needless to say I was not happy with the invoice and contacted Nate who agreed to sit down with me and go over the figures. To try to wrap this up, we came to an agreement that the original price would stay the same but now include the trim (which I still believe is overpriced but I just want it done) and agreed that the crew would come out on October the 19th to complete job. The 19th arrived with no one showing up or even calling me to tell me no one was coming. I contacted Nate later that day and told him I had no more vacation days to use for this and someone needed to come out on a weekend to finish. He agreed and set up for today, October 27th for some one to complete. It is now 11:30 am and no one has showed. No calls returned, even though I have left two voice mails and a txt message with Nate. If I could give them less than one star I would. DO NOT USE POWERED PERFECT IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. You have been warned.
